By walking down the meandering garden path of biophotonics, I have been searching for the transposition of energy waves of light into cellular organisms in order to explore the intermediary nature of the paranormal which is based on a deceptively simple and critical assumption, that in order to connect the dots between any potential reality and any result, this would seem to require a means of transmission that would allow the superimposition of "other" realities upon what we consider our consensus base of orientations toward both our senses and the material and how this "material" becomes an image and an image becomes material to us, in relation to the mind.
What defines the word material in this sense is something that is counter intuitive to any high school student who is taught that materiality is simply a range of sensate perception toward energy organized in a manner where it is recognizable as an object but then again, this is naive realism at work as objects or forms in of themselves are not solid forms or objects, although we term and utilize this terminology constantly, without any thought as to it's larger implications, that consensus orientation by language is not reality. As odd as this may sound to you our language is reaching a critical mass in relation to the uncertainty principle, and further there appears to be an agency, albeit unknown, that is prompting this situation and perhaps purposefully so. However in this, we find a very strong paradox as we have placed ourselves in a small, synthetic, geometric cube of processing experience by unwittingly defining reality by a series of decrees and edicts, that while these are only products of language communication, and have no reality in of themselves, we substitute language for perception and perhaps the nature of our reality itself.
The inside of our world has an outside and an inside that perhaps, is a contingent prison of our thoughts as well as a refuge which, in turn, dictates our behavior in terms of the conceptual relationships we both formulate and abide by, in a closed cybernetic system. When I suggested that biophotonics in relation to the paranormal are a close collection of loose ends that are none the less compelling, there is another side with loose ends that are played on another stage which is the inverse of our point of observation in the historical world, and this is the subject of this short essay.
If we slip past the cultural barricades of belief systems, something very strange seems to be percolating in the human race. On the surface of these affairs is the body politic of uncertainty versus social verities. To me, this is the crux of this situation in practical terms, that the uncertainty principle is played by the paranormal as a violin is played by a prodigy and in this, we have a story that is seldom glimpsed, seldom remarked upon but influences so deeply our behaviors, our thoughts and beliefs that to dismiss what we cannot see directly except by it's effects is the definition of lunacy.
This research into the nature of biophotons leads to the circular and self referential nature of our signal communications as a species inasmuch as the carrier of such a commodity is shaped by it's container which is divided into you and I. Further, the reinforcement process in conceptual language may be enfolded into other living systems. Conceptual language infers an ordering which again, if one takes information to be transferable as a concept to energy, albeit in another ontology,the role of biophotons as a medium of transference between living systems as a common denominator of organization is intriguing. One could call this an intelligence or signal communications of light.

The Holy Fool of the tarot pack of cards believes in the existence of an invisible world, something that both physicists and paranormalists in a degree of certainty both camps conceptually share,but in that worldview, at times, this proclivity leads them to walk off the edge of the known world of language....beyond sight, smell or touch and when they return from their respective journeys, they find a strange common environment of fixed markers planted firmly in the soil, which inadvertently or purposefully conceal this path less traveled, under the pathological guise of certainty which allows a certain freedom to act with impunity, when dismissing the reality of exceptions to their rule over our behaviors, and most importantly, the threat of disobedience, prompts in those so afflicted an allergic reaction of manipulating the game field. Sound familiar? What is this strange psychology of controlling behaviors in our language?
Something in the manner and the increase in how the paranormal is enfolded into the severe geometry of our anthropological culture is suggesting to me yet once again that if I had to summarize all the various classes of phenomenon, all the cultural and individual reactions toward it it would be that the observer is being reoriented to what he or she observes despite our strenuous efforts to erect familiar place markers building with the language of consensus on a shifting bed of sand.

An attenuation of this relationship is like dropping a stone into a pond, that has one group with its head in the sand, another furtively discussing this behind closed doors, another attempting to recycle old conceptual models of myth and religion onto it, another portending doom, another portending enlightenment, another throwing its hands in the air saying this cannot be measured, another utilizing this to make coins appear, and any other variation in between these points of demarcation as they reverberate amongst themselves, and yet, when we are alone, when we are still in the deep of night, we all recognize on some fundamental level that we dont know, we are at a loss to explain much of anything and that much of our verbiage is a defensive and psychological tact, rather than a working theory. In this,Charles Fort and Robert Anton Wilson have a great deal in common.

We are seemingly being reoriented outside of language, outside of it's terms and anything that occurs can be filed under a process of deconstructing our language itself. What a simple and profound concept it is, the targeting of the root of thought itself that upholds the branches of an ecology we can only observe directly by behavior. The discerning of a subtle and viral coding inserted into the database
of semiotics...brilliant. However is this an effect or a ploy and further, for our purposes, does this concern us ? John Keel indicates a non human interest in human affairs in relation to pivotal points of our shared history which would, in his opinion,lead one to suspect we share a common planetary environment. Is there a tipping point in this related to the deterioration of our organic and environmental life supporting systems? Further, he suggests, that there is a certain influence our fellow inhabitants have on our affairs.
This is a global heresy brewing in the formal gardens of edict and rank inasmuch as this suggests a revaluation of the social order which some view as both a direct threat and a source of fear as much as it always has been in our history, perhaps more so because to put it simply,that much more (to put it mildly) is at stake.
The entire thread of a cosmological order in cultural anthropology in physics and philosophy is about to shift and it's relevance to paranormalists as well as experiencers of every stripe and their paradigms should not be underestimated.
If we examine the UFO phenomenon as a primary example of a heresy,it bypasses validation and certification by science, it ignores nation states, it does not seek neither authority or self legislated power, it does not seek any theological frame, as well as any attempt to place it if you will, under glass. The reason for this heresy is perhaps that it is the fabric of a mirror that we can engage directly without an intermediary of certification between what we observe and ourselves.

The damned and the heretics who promulgate a democratic universe of experience such as experiencers, rather than one that is ruled by edict, are historically, those who have altered the course of history although not always in the way they originally envisioned the portent of their messages, as this in human terms can cost you your income, social standing and effect your immediate family. In other epochs, it cost you your life and your message may be absorbed into ranking order of either theocracy, philosophy or worse, behavior by the manipulations of self legislated authorities who deem these thoughts a threat, worse than any standing army. And so it is in our own epoch, is it not?
Then there is a matter of meaningful coincidence, which is another way to express an inability to frame a historical dynamic in terms of the lifespan of another living creature, whose worn bones have been showing, even being lost as it dissipates, as others have in the human historical record in the once and future bemoaning of the glory that was, as they say, a mighty entropic Babylon wobbling under the strain of being formed with clay ankles, as holes are being punched in space time, all about it's aging corpus. The role of an unfounded certainty, an illusion of thought then plays it's hand and in retrospect, it's called history.
The stage, it seems, is being carefully set and a paradigm arranged behind a thick curtain of silence in preparation for yet another place and another epoch, perhaps one that is well beyond that of our own. Accordingly, the context of these events elude and evade us inasmuch as we are enmeshed in a frame of measurement as John Keel suggests that cannot span the distance that can only be assessed in hindsight.
Again the Holy Fool finds an equation on his tombstone as a heretic.
Now we sit up and become attenuated to this possibility and begin theorizing as to the why and wherefore of this and so we look around us for clues. The haze from the burning of rain forests, the enormous machinery of warfare, the death of living systems, the choked and stalled lines of automobiles, the melting of glaciers and the polar caps and suddenly the two coincide in a very odd and profound possibility, that this deconstruction of human language and terms may have an intent.
Is the exponential growth of the deconstructive paranormal a viral, anti-toxin?
Is the medium itself the message?
In my research into the many infestations of the paranormal over the decades, I have found a proverbial taxonomy of creatures, all arising from the fulcrum of reinvention and repositioning stances that are the weapons of choice of something entirely incomparable to any of its constituent and aggregate components, a non human intelligence that is continually stirring the stew, and perhaps this war against entropy, if you will, has many fronts.
It is a war of black roses, a non lethal assault on many fronts that softens the ground upon which we have proven we are more than capable of destroying, as this psychopathy reaches a crescendo. In a sense that is strange to contemplate in this viral state of affairs, we, as paranormalists of the intermediate are in it's service.
We take the bait while others swim around these lures that are demonstrations staged and arranged to draw us nigh, to walk on coals seeking some form of external Rosetta Stone that we ourselves in the end may prove to be as intermediaries, whose words fail to capture a incomparability, and so we are left with opining over similarities of this or that to the other in a proverbially sealed environment of self references.
The point in fact may be, our language is in the midst of reinvention, thus our terms and thus ourselves and thus the world. Evolution in the interval between death and birth of civilizations has always been so,this epoch is no exception and yet it is of a scale that in terms of transitional and intermediate conceptions, if it were a boundary level of mass extinction, perhaps thought itself is at peril of destroying itself.
The shell of terms, the semiotics of orientation seems to be having it's markers moved in a very demonstrable manner by a decidedly non human and unknown agency.
Is our behavioral language of E-Prime the targeted nexus of non verbal,demonstrative staging? Inasmuch as our behavioral psychology, as maladaptive as it is, is the obvious recipient, if we peel away all the layers of conceptual form, what we have is a reinvention of form, form being terms, and of language itself as an expression of thought being eroded in perhaps,not surprisingly, a non verbal modality revising the script of orientation. Once again, signal communication comes to the mind of this writer and in this case, the signal may be one of a viral programming language and the medium is indeed the message.
The linkage between language and signal communications is an interesting subject to consider in terms of the cognitive processing involved in handling complex relations among symbols: formal and functional groupings involving orderings and linkages that constitute some kind of syntax. Was there a progressive development in complexity here? Secondly,the cognitive processing allowing discourse tracking and complex sequences of related events that form an overarching narrative. The application of transferring forms as symbols by signal communication is found at the origin of language itself in the cuneiform.

This is a parallel tracking of both evolutionary curves in individuals as well as in a species,as a conceptual basis of transferring a signal stimulus such as symbols onto a reordering process of terms, which are, in turn, embedded in language, which then drives a feedback process of more and more complexity.
One of the key hallmarks of a living operating system is this movement toward increased complexity. If this is a deconstructive programming signal communication, then perhaps it is not surprising that the comparatively basic forms we have witnessed in the past have been reoriented, and replaced over time, with more complex differentiations..and correspondingly, our incapability to synthesize a coherence to our closed cybernetic reference language increases, eventually attaining a critical mass or tipping point. Then we see a potential correlation between a sentient, non human tampering with language with the degradation of the environment, which then we might surmise that we share a common environment.
This "ground upwards" phenomenon seeps in accordance to the density of the medium in which it encounters resistance and so we may be the proverbial canaries in this coal mine whose smoldering fire may suddenly and unexpectedly erupt through the denser surface of those things of which a majority of our species behaviors revolve in a circular path. It always has and will always be this way as the thief in the night can be seen in broad daylight if we stop for a moment and consider this possibility.

I feel compelled to tell you a tale concerning myself as well as you and a friend who is a psychologist. I spoke to my friend by phone and during our conversation, line item by line item inserted into his conversation were the key concepts of this post which he also then, unknowingly, repeated the title back to me.
