A Biological Virtual Reality and Close Encounters

This is the area of the physical brain that the mind is either inhibited or anticipates a response to a range of stimulus, of which the prefrontal limbic cortex of which we speak,it is interesting to note that this is in a direct association with memory as an indication of it's nature that is to say it utilizes environmental cues that are comprised of reinforcements and in turn are associated with reward or punishment to the system of which the mind occupies through various drives to adapt to maintaining it's stability in it's material relationships.Death is for most, the ultimate adversarial stimulus and as a result, as I have mentioned in the past there is always a anxiety at a subconscious level that continually peculates through our receptive senses that is also present as a sort of  subliminal signal noise.
In other words the mind uses cues in it's simulating ill or beneficent events to direct an anticipation based on memory. What if there is no associative value in memory either reinforced or subjected to a embedded semiotic relationship of signs ( cues) and the signified ( identifier) to the stimulus which is what we are largely interested in in terms of incommensurable events? More on this later.
The point that I am attempting to place for your consideration is that society is largely the function of the limbic prefrontal cortex, which in Western social structures have importations of it's constituent members that are comprised of a behaviorism that is a incoherently bewildering binary code of  do and do not, which, if this biology of the brain did not exist, would vanish instantaneously.All suppression of "do's and don'ts "would be turned off like a light switch. Think of many an close encounter beginning with Betty and Barney Hill, wherein they did not run, they, by their own accounts, were paralyzed.The assumption was this was accomplished by an external force, but was it? Conversion disorder is a condition in which patients present with neurological symptoms such as numbness, blindness, paralysis, or fits without a neurological cause whose source is associative in nature and yet perhaps as an equal possibility, the same effects can be demonstrated by the autonomy of biological systems that do not require an intercessor that is conscious of the process in of itself but is in terms of the effects, which are attributed to supernatural forces via bias projection when associations as semiotic imagery superimpose anthropomorphism. Our human culture historically preferred witches, demons and other place holders to inexplicable experiential effects of a neurobiological source.
In terms of neurobiology, one can easily self verify a utter lack of self discernment in a dream state between self and non self. In another words, try finding the non familiar stranger from within a dream as a provocative agent seemingly with possessed with  an arms length autonomy with the reality outside of one's simulation of  him or her within associative processes. You won't unless one is precognitive rather than post editorially prescribing identities to chimeras. The thought forms of dreams we ourselves structure as the intercessors of entangled processes do not require any assistance from without.
The common recollection of floating and not recalling the utilization of their  somatic feet they normally use to traverse space might be another clue as to this experiential memory being akin quite literally to a vivid dream. They may have gone nowhere in a external sense but internally, they did, enough so to be driven by the associative functioning of the the limbic prefrontal cortex in relation to  a physical paralysis.
We are all familiar with the somatic stress and the stresses upon the mind embedded within these systems  between fight and flight in relation to a perceived threat as outlined above in terms of anticipation which in turn leads to perhaps a butterfly effect in the mind making order out of disorder by the creation of intermediaries. However if you added a stimulus that  does not exist in memory, what happens to these relationships that involve conditioned responses that are societal and biological in nature that follow a script of a predictive, repetitive environment?
I suggest that perhaps the "deer frozen in the headlights" may apply. That is to say there is no routing in this circumstance of a unknown event. One could call this an interval or incommensurable gap in response, and yet it is not as if we "shut off", otherwise may may have died solely from the stress of reactive ambivalence.
And so..what occurs in this interval? The physical brain as I have said informs the mind and the mind informs the brain, all of which occurs in a virtual reality that simulates the environment through various signal processing velocities, editing, transcribing and forming non corporeal messages, that in turn are given form by our associations that are imprinted and just as a word is not the object it describes, and so in the directive of the pres-ynaptic systems in the brain, we have a very transient and yet profound state where information as a state that is yes and no, do and don't, right and left, which in relation to the binary of choices we are imprinted with also leaves what could be said to present an interval or "between states" state, that in turn is subject to associations, cues, images, semiotics that will interpret this matrix of signals, not surprisingly, as a simulation just as a dream is associative as cross talk formed as a virtual reality, we can definitely visualize dreams without  the benefit of external photons.If I walk into a forest and come upon a length of green garden hose and mistake it for a snake, what outside sentient agency prompted this?. This is a ploy of an internal Trickster not one that is hanging out at the ranger's station to play mind games with no demonstrable long term effect in doing so. We want to structure everything like some mad architect within the purview of the mind in relation to the physical brain..You like this and dislike that without having to spend a great deal of time within a instantaneous reactive pose to reflect upon it. This is the ruse of our theoretical autonomy in relation to our conditioned non conscious reflexes. 
Is it possible that all of the imagery and forms akin to dreams that are chronicled in the historical archives of UFO witness accounts in circumstances of close proximity, a self created simulation in the observer that has no correspondence with direct perception when faced with an unknown stimulus?
However even if this is so, this does not answer the nature of the stimulus, but it may answer the absurdly proliferate and cross pollinated forms and images of humanoids that are both shared and individuated at once so logically there is no one species of aliens because they exists in of themselves in the biology of our simulations.

What rare state of a energetic field or interactivity of multiple fields that is transient in nature be investigated as a primary causation that exceeds the capacitance of perception that creates a condition wherein the mind falls back upon it's own resources to simulate a false yet compelling dream narrative?
