Could The Mismanagement of Unknown Targets Trigger A Nuclear War?

Dropped Balls and Close Calls
One way to hide a hole in a bucket is to make it impossible to measure the amount of leakage that is occurring. Is the phenomenon of unknown aerial targets a wild card that could lead to a series of catastrophic events, by misinformation, poor communication or other human errors? Recently I was reading correspondence regarding the issues surrounding air defense systems in Canada and the U.S One sentence triggered this post: "Some examples of recent and ongoing activities by NORAD are: provision of fighter aircraft, with the necessary support, to intercept unidentified ‘targets’ entering sovereign airspace."
How can a unknown target that remains unidentified be defined as not posing a potential threat to national security? Not directly, but as a wild card.
A General Accounting Office report published in May 1994 states that “during the past four years, NORAD’s alert fighters took off to intercept aircraft (referred to as scrambled) 1,518 times, or an average of 15 times per site per year.” Of these incidents, the number of scrambles that are in response to suspected drug smuggling aircraft averages “one per site, or less than 7 percent of all of the alert sites’ total activity.” The remaining activity, about 93 percent of the total scrambles, “generally involved visually inspecting unidentified aircraft and assisting aircraft in distress.” [General Accounting Office, 5/3/1994, pp. 4]
Could an incursion by unknown targets slip through this net? If so, could they be buried by benign indifference, or bureaucratic double speak?
How many of these 1,518 scrambles resulted in craft remaining unidentified?
One recalls the failures of 9/11. The GAO stated in 2007 that the FAA, NORAD and the Transportation Security Administration have taken action to “address the communications and coordination problems that were highlighted by 9/11.” But the effectiveness of that response remains an open question. In October 2006, Aerospace Daily & Defense Report reported that an Air Force plan to “better marry military and civilian radar networks” and respond to a 9/11-style attack was running nearly two years behind schedule and costing more than three times the initial budget. A NORAD spokesman told the Center a variety of improvements have been implemented to boost responsiveness “to a 9/11-style attack or other kinds of asymmetric aerial attacks on the U.S.” Two years in arrears is the bottom line.

In the Post 9/11 era we had a mystery "missile" cited off the coast of California and it was of some interest how the various governmental entities demonstrated just how strategic air defense in terms of national security can be absolutely clueless.

This is the official Department of Defense statement on the event.
"While there is nothing at this time that leads the Department of Defense to believe this is a missile launch, the department and other US government agencies with expertise in aviation and space continue to look into the condensation trail (CONTRAIL) seen and reported off the coast of southern California on Monday evening.
All DoD entities with rocket and missile programs reported no launches, scheduled or inadvertent, during the time period in the area of the reported contrail. NORAD and USNORTHCOM confirmed that it did not monitor any foreign military missile launch off the California coast yesterday and has determined that there was no threat to the US homeland.

"... In addition, the FAA ran radar replays from Monday afternoon of a large area west of Los Angeles. Those replays did not reveal any fast-moving, unidentified targets. The FAA also did not receive reports of any unusual sightings from pilots who were flying in the area Monday afternoon." And so...another dropped ball, another end run around an obvious anomaly. See no evil..speak no evil...

This event and the various identifications or lack thereof remained suspended in the air until it vanished from public view. Business as usual. The conclusion is eerily similar to another statement:
" No UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security" according to the fact sheet on Project Bluebook issued by the UASF.

If they do not know what is was, or where it came from, how can it be dismissed?

Respondees should provide innovative ideas/concepts that leverage both our National systems capabilities and leading-edge technologies, to provide a significant enhancement to the current capability. If proposing in this area, Respondees should describe how and to what extent their concept addresses one or more of the following issues:
How do we integrate Hotwalker, Jaywalker, Fastwalker, Skywalker worldwide test range monitoring, and space infrastructure attack characterization capabilities?""
The question may be addressed more to an unknown nature of a target and a virtually enormous bureaucracy, prone to error from time to time with fatal potential consequences , especially if they remain unknown and yet are dismissed as a non threat when the question remains up in the air as to their nature? This defy s common sense.
The lesson that triggered U.S involvement in WW2 was compounded by the fact that radar sensing capability was in fact present at Pearl Harbor, in use (albeit experimentally) at the time of the inbound attack, did acquire the attacking aircraft, but failed to identify the attackers correctly, failed to relay effective warning to the local command authorities, and failed to remain in operation to maintain contact with the incoming aircraft.
Moving forward in time, unknown targets do appear..

The Belgium Air Force, NATO division, found itself chasing something that was totally beyond the curve of our own technology. The incident was observed by gendarmes on the ground below. The facts of that incident concerned them enough to bring it to the public's attention. Together, both they and the gendarmerie made a video in cooperation with the USA television show "Unsolved Mysteries." It included gun-camera footage from the incident, testimony by Colonel W. J. L. De Brouwer, Chief of Operations of the Belgium Air Force.
Then there is the Mexican incursion as evidenced again by gun cameras.

The missing volume of water from a hole in the bucket has many examples.On February 20, 1972 instead of the regularly scheduled test message to radio networks to insure the viability of the national emergency broadcast system, the wrong message was sent. Instead of this message a coded alert was sent for all networks to cease broadcasting, which they did. It told them that the president of the U.S was about to address the nation. Of course, the error was corrected. There are many examples of "mixed signals" causing a near head on collision with self incineration.

1962 Oct.28: Moorestown false alarm.

Just before 9 a.m. on 28 October the Moorestown, New Jersey, radar operators informed the national command post that a nuclear attack was under way. A test tape simulating a missile launch from Cuba was being run, and simultaneously a satellite came over the horizon. Operators became confused and reported by voice line to NORAD HQ that impact was expected 18 miles west of Tampa at 9:02 a.m. The whole of NORAD was alerted, but before irrevocable action had been taken it was reported that no detonation had taken place at the predicted time, and Moorestown operators reported the reason for the false alarm.
During the incident overlapping radars that should have been available to confirm or disagree, were not in operation. The radar post had not received routine information of satellite passage because the facility carrying out that task had been given other work for the duration of the crisis.
1962, Oct.28: False warning due to satellite sighting.
At 5:26 p.m. on 28 October, the Laredo radar warning site had just become operational. Operators misidentified a satellite in orbit as two possible missiles over Georgia and reported by voice line to NORAD HQ. NORAD was unable to identify that the warning came from the new station at Laredo and believed it to be from Moorestown, and therefore more reliable. Moorestown failed to intervene and contradict the false warning. By the time the CINC, NORAD had been informed, no impact had been reported and the warning was "given low credence."

1962, Nov.2: The Penkovsky False Warning.
In the fall of 1962, Colonel Oleg Penkovsky was working in Russia as a double agent for the CIA He had been given a code by which to warn the CIA if he was convinced that a Soviet attack on the United States was imminent. He was to call twice, one minute apart, and only blow into the receiver. Further information was then to be left at a "dead drop" in Moscow.The pre-arranged code message was received by the CIA on 2 November 1962. It was not known at the CIA that Penkovsky had been arrested on 22 October. Penkovsky knew he was going to be executed. It is not known whether he had told the KGB the meaning of the code signal or only how it would be given, nor is it known exactly why or with what authorization the KGB staff used it. When another CIA agent checked the dead drop he was arrested.

The most striking example of how quickly the nuclear ball can be set into motion took place on January 25, 1995, when Russian early warning radars detected a missile rising from the Norwegian Sea. Russian President Boris Yeltsin was alerted. He was brought his nuclear-command briefcase and placed in contact with his defense minister. For several tense minutes, Yeltsin and his subordinates waited to see if Russia was coming under a submarine-based nuclear attack -- and if they needed to retaliate. As it turned out, the missile detected by Russian radar was a Norwegian research rocket, launched on a mission to examine the aurora borealis, or Northern Lights.
An investigation into the matter revealed that Norway had indeed informed Russia about the rocket several weeks before the launch -- but, due to bureaucratic mismanagement, the announcement never reached officials involved with Moscow's early warning systems.
One of the more publicized U.S. false alarms took place in November 1979. A technician at NORAD -- the North American Air Defense Command -- accidentally placed a training tape into the main systems at NORAD's Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado. That mistake made NORAD's early warning system computer think the United States was undergoing a massive Soviet missile attack -- and it responded by alerting NORAD officials.
Within minutes, they realized the error. The incident was one of five missile warning system failures that took place over an eight-month period between 1979 and 1980. It also prompted a government reassessment of NORAD and its operations.

Have you heard of these incidents that when compounded could have meant the end of our species? Is this an example of a certain amount of leakage through the bucket? What of defense security in space?

The way to identify an individual satellite is to measure the received frequency of the data burst and compare it to the expected Doppler shifted value at that moment. Not every active satellite dumps messages on every pass and often there are several satellites above the horizon simultaneously. Simple logging of event times is not sufficient to identify the transmitter. NORAD has misidentified the payloads on one of the multiple-satellite launches involving both Gonets-D1 and Strela-3 payloads. It has interchanged Cosmos 2386 (a Strela-3) and Gonets D1-8, to the significant confusion of some observers.Operators again misidentified a satellite in orbit as two possible missiles over Georgia and reported by voice line to NORAD HQ.
Recall the misidentified aircraft that caused panic among Capitol Hill employees, and two F-15s were scrambled.

June , 1980: Faulty Computer Chip
The Warning displays at the Command Centers mentioned in the last episode included windows that normally showed

At 2:25 a.m. on June 3, 1980, these displays started showing various numbers of missiles detected, represented by 2's in place of one or more 0's. Preparations for retaliation were instituted, including nuclear bomber crews staring their engines, launch of Pacific Command's Airborne Command Post, and readying of Minutemen missiles for launch. It was not difficult to assess that this was a false alarm because the numbers displayed were not rational.
While the cause of that false alarm was still being investigated 3 days later, the same thing happened and again preparations were made for retaliation. The cause was a single faulty chip that was failing in a random fashion. The basic design of the system was faulty, allowing this single failure to cause a deceptive display at several command posts.
The following incident is added to illustrate that even now, when the Cold War has been over for 8 years errors can still cause concern. This particular one could have hardly brought nuclear retaliation.; but there are still 30,000 nuclear weapons deployed, and two nuclear weapon states could get into a hostile adversarial status again.

Is NORAD capable of handling unknown targets? The official explanation for one gun camera recording was a 'fault" in the system while others tend to suspect the craft was following unknown targets. Either way, does this instill confidence in the reliability of defense? Think of a supersonic fighter jet chasing a flaw in it's own gun camera. In fact, several of them. Either way..chasing plasma, chasing their own systems, chasing an unidentified target?

An Introduction To The Subject of Hallucination.

The picture above is that of the transient phenomenon termed "ball lightning." which may play a role as described toward the end of this post. Follow the bouncing ball. This post concerns the radiation of an high . localized electrical field in relation to the potential effects of exposure and how these may trigger transient alterations of biological systems behavior in relation to CE events that may mimic known psychological and neurological disorders .When the nervous system or the brain is disturbed, by a radiating high energy field, morphological, electrophysiological, and chemical changes can occur. A significant change in these functions will inevitably lead to a change in behavior. Indeed, neurological effects of RFR include changes in blood-brain-barrier, morphology, electrophysiology, neurotransmitter functions, cellular metabolism, calcium efflux, responses to drugs that affect the nervous system, and behavior.

Then we can also consider the bio-neurology characterized by intentionally inducing hallucinations, distortions of perception, altered states of awareness, and occasionally states resembling psychosis which of course is the point of ingesting psychotropic ( organic or synthetic drugs, such as LSD or mescaline, that produces such effects.The effects can be profound as to visualize "what is not there" very effectively.

Then there is the REM dream state that we spend a significant amount of time within. Vivid dreams. Last night I had one that was extraordinarily vivid as far as it mimicked or simulated somatic senses ( physical exhaustion, touch, etc). I saw my own face in a mirror which was a first. We cannot remove the brain or the mind and their relationship from these experiences regardless of external influences, can we? Of course not.

A Laundry List of Strange Effects

One of the strange neurological anomalies that mimic an experiential paranormal series of events is termed the "Charles Bonnet Syndrome" that effect people who exhibit no psychiatric illnesses, and yet often experience vivid, complex and recurrent visual hallucinations (fictive visual percepts). One of the many characteristics of these hallucinations is that they usually are "lilliput hallucinations" (hallucinations in which the characters or objects are smaller than normal). They often appear as caricatures of prosaic reality One ruminates on the Dancing Plague of 1518, the Halifax Slasher, the Mad Gasser of Mattoon, the Salem witch trials as well as Spring Heeled Jack. All of this in relation to mass psychogenic illness, conversion syndrome, hysterical contagion, body-centered countertransference as well as Folie à deux (from the French for "a madness shared by two") Then there is the endless variegation of "aliens in CE events...

The "57 varieties" of hallucination is a false perception occurring without any identifiable external stimulus and indicates an abnormality in perception. The false perceptions can occur in any of the five sensory modalities. Therefore, a hallucination essentially is seeing, hearing, tasting, feeling, or smelling something that is not there. The false perceptions are not accounted for by the person's religious or cultural background, and the person experiencing hallucinations may or may not have insight into them. Sometimes an individual may experience the false perception of religious figure (such as the devil, or Christ). Perceptions that would be considered normal for an individual's religion or culture are not considered hallucinations

Mood-congruent hallucination: Any hallucination whose content is consistent with either the depressive or manic state the person may be in at the time. Depressive themes include guilt, death, disease, personal inadequacy, and deserved punishment. Manic themes include inflated self-worth, power, knowledge, skills, and identity and a special relationship with a famous person or deity. For example, a depressed person may hear voices saying that he or she is a horrible person, whereas a manic person may hear voices saying that he or she is an incredibly important person.

Mood-incongruent hallucination: Any hallucination whose content is not consistent with either the depressed or manic state the person is in at the time, or is mood-neutral. For example, a depressed person may experience hallucinations without any themes of guilt, death, disease, personal inadequacy, or deserved punishment. Similarly, a manic person may experience hallucinations without any themes of inflated self-worth, power, knowledge, skills, or identity or a special relationship to a famous person or deity.

Therefore, some people experiencing hallucinations may be aware that the perceptions are false, whereas others may truly believe that what they are seeing, hearing, tasting, feeling, or smelling is real. In cases when the person truly believes the hallucination is real, the individual may also have a delusional interpretation of the hallucination.

Mirrors with mirrors. One considers the work of Dr Oliver Sacks The title article of "The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat "is about a man with visual agnosia and was the subject of a 1986 opera by Michael Nyman. The title article of "An Anthropologist on Mars", which won a Polk Award for magazine reporting, is about Temple Grandin, a professor with high-functioning autism, something that I was diagnosed with some time ago..

Wait A Minute..Hallucinations Of A Crowd?

All of this is well and fine until we come across accounts that are not referring to a single individual but rather a crowd such as the many recounted in Jacques Vallee's "Passport to Magonia" One such event occurred on

Apr. 17, 1897 in Williamston, Michigan At least a dozen farmers saw an object maneuver in the sky for an hour before it landed. A strange man near 3 m tall, almost naked and suffering from the heat, was the pilot of the craft. "His talk, while musical, seemed to be a repeti- tion of bellowings." One farmer went near him and received a blow that broke his hip. (196)

Its highly improbable that a dozen farmers had Charles Bonnet syndrome to account for the "baker's dozen" in the perception of their "lilliput hallucination." What of physical traces that cannot be accounted for, that would contradict a theory of mass mis-perceptions? Oddly these materials have a long and illustrious history whose compositions are startlingly prosaic while enigmatic?

In late September 1824, a crowd of townsfolk in Orenburg, Russia were alerted when they heard a persistent clattering on the onion-shaped roof of the Orthodox church. Falling from the roof were "little symmetrical pieces of metal" falling from the clear blue sky. Months later, on January 25, 1825, the same phenomenon occurred again. Samples of the material were gathered and sent to St. Petersburg (then capital of Russia.) In Oeuvres vol. 11, page 644, a scientist, M. Arago, noted that a chemical analysis of the objects had showed them to be "70 percent red oxide of iron, and sulphur, and loss (of mass) by ignition (combustion) 5 percent."

Mass delusions are unlikely to account for this.

Localized Radiant Energy Fields.

In the French study of unknown atmospheric anomalies( GEPAN\ SEPRA) we have the following estimates within the measurement of luminosity, that are in order. Bear in mind ( for those who are mathematically inclined) the formula for kilowatts is I x E x pf/1000. amps x volts x pf (use .9)/1000. These are not insignificant transitory events in terms of the energy involved.

Event 1. 2 MW

Event 2. 6 to 24 KW

Event 3. 40KW to 5 MW

Event 4. 1 KW to 1MW

The question is posed. Can a low altitude transient, high energy event mimic the effects that arise from the anomalies of psychiatry and neurology? Can it chemically effect materials?

The massive iron core of our planet resonates at 40 Hertz (40 pulses per second.) while the crust has a different velocity speed at 7.5 Hertz. The human brain resonates at the rate of 40 Hertz and in meditative states a 7.5 Hertz low brain activity. As you read this, these fields are interacting with interacting with one another and in turn with our neurology as it is in the physical brain as essentially, a living bioelectric device. Nearly thirty years ago, while a professor at Columbia University, Zbigniew Brzezinski mulled over a future perversion of this relationship through an envisioned war of neurology before he became a internationally recognized strategist on global relations, and so begins a strange narrative. Putting pen to paper he wrote:

"Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a specialist in problems of warfare, says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth ... in this way one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period"
" ... no matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades."

There are many accounts and observations of atmospheric anomalies ( now termed UFO's) that seemingly tie the presence of water with this phenomenon and of course, the world's oceans are the largest example we have. Some scientific groups, including the Max Planck Institute, have produced a ball lightning-type effect by discharging a high-voltage capacitor in a tank of water.

Sulfurous Hallucinations
Many, many historical accounts were recorded at sea, and interestingly many of them are associated with the smell of sulfur.

Long ago and far away, out at sea, Admiral Chambers on board the Montague, November 4, 1749, was taking an observation just before noon...he observed a large ball of blue fire about three miles distant from them. They immediately lowered their topsails, but it came up so fast upon them, that, before they could raise the main tack, they observed the ball rise almost perpendicularly, and not above forty or fifty yards from the main chains when it went off with an explosion, as great as if a hundred cannons had been discharged at the same time, leaving behind it a strong sulphurous smell. By this explosion the main top-mast was shattered into pieces and the main mast went down to the keel. Five men were knocked down and one of them much bruised. Just before the explosion, the ball seemed to be the size of a large mill-stone.

Now, we move forward in time to August 29th in the year 1967 in Cussace, France and a very good example is encapsulated in the title in regard to sulphur, possible hallucinations as well as a high energy field.

This example is one of many such cases if you take the time to look into this. "Two children encounter UFO and small humanoid beings in Cussac, France.." The description of this event is as follows;

"Two children saw a sphere-shaped UFO, 2 meters in diameter, and "four little devils" on the ground. One of the humanoid beings was bending over, apparently busy with something on the ground, and another held a mirror-like object. They were observed to levitate before quickly entering the UFO and flying away. The UFO was said to make a soft whistling sound and smelled of sulphur."

In that same year of 1967,, the infamous Falcon Lake event occurred, wherein Steve Michalak encounters a "ufo" on ground, suffers burns.As he watched this strange flying object, he saw brilliant purple lights coming from openings in the front of the object. He was already wearing protective glasses, and they helped shield his eyes. The smell of sulphur was reported by him to be unmistakable.

What is sulphur?

Well, there is a synthetic use of sulphur hexafluoride - a colorless gas that is soluble in alcohol and ether; a very powerful greenhouse gas widely used in the electrical utility industry and floats all around us in the atmosphere. Carbon disulphide as a byproduct can cause Dyspnoea and respiratory failure may occur following exposure to high concentration. ... hallucinations, manic delirium, as well as paranoid reactions. Then there is an abundant tasteless odorless multivalent nonmetallic element; best known in yellow crystals; occurs in many sulphide and sulphate minerals and even in native form, commonly found in regions of volcanic activity. Many many cases involve ground trace evidence of sulphur contamination as well as dead grass.

On August 8, 1993 an event in Australia that resembled a CE3 as well as missing time which was investigated by the Phenomena Research Australia (PRA). Two different laboratories analyzed the soil samples of an apparent "landing" and the corresponding alterations in soil chemistry were detected- an above average sulphur content, the presence of pyrene (which occurs in coal tar and is also obtained by the destructive hydrogenation of hard coal), and tannic acid- in a crescent shaped indentation. There was a triangular formation of dead grass on the ground.

We examined classic symptoms of organic anomalies in the physical brain leading to hallucinations in relation to diagnosis, which CE encounters appear to mimic. In this post we examined high energy fields, ball lightning and the presence of sulphur in CE cases.

Close Encounters and Plasma Energy

In terms of the transference of the energetic environmental fields into the physical brain, in the past year European robins were studied in relation to their extraordinary sensitivity to electromagnetic fields and the conclusion of the authors was that "superimposition and entanglement are sustained in this living system for a least tens of microseconds exceeding the durations in the best comparable molecular systems." How does an electromagnetic field enter the physical brain and potentially ( an electrical pun) alter perception?
The transcription and transmission of exterior information as an input that creates a simulation that is self organized in the physical brain by way of various forms of imagery ( some visual some not) has a role to play in anomalous experience.
Neurotransmitters are molecules that is used to communicate messages from a transmitting nerve cell to a receiving nerve cell. This is kind of like baseball. The pitcher is the transmitting nerve cell, the catcher is the receiving nerve cell, and the baseball is the neurotransmitter molecule. When the ball is thrown and caught, a little message is transmitted. The catcher's mitt is called a "receptor". After the catcher has caught the ball, he or she throws it back to the pitcher to the pitcher so it can be thrown again. The throwing of the ball is the electrical synapse between cells, akin to jumping a gap. Imagine an electrical cord to an appliance cut in half and in this sense the neurology of the physical brain is discontinuous in this sense. The presence of Ions can have a profound effect on this system.
Then we come to the state of the pre-synapse which "hold" several contradictory states of information that coincide with one another as potentials prior to this information jumping the gap. Are you with me so far?
The physical brain as a electromagnetic self organizing system operates much like an appliance which in biological terms means that it has an amplitude as well as a field resonance measured in "hz" which I mentioned previously. Hz is a unit of electrical frequency measured in cycles per second as periodicity. It can be measured as a sine wave which is used to visualize such things as radio or television signals. So we have the
electromagnetic fields in the physical brain and those in the environment.

The brain is a biochemical generator of electricity and now we go back to the presence of sulphur as an organic compound in relation to trace evidence of plasma energy whether it is ball lightning or a "UFO", both of which suggest to me that we have two external influences potentially at work in the electrical biochemistry of the brain that creates unique signatures in simulations which is the task of the brain. One is the nature of the high energy field externally and the other is the biochemistry of the brain in relation to the presence of a unique chemical signature found in trace evidence. What I am exploring are relationships making potential connections.
Then there is the role of memory which I suspect is the origin of the many varieties of images of humanoids that are integral to the majority of close encounters.What we are referring to is the memory retrieval involving reconstructing memory often utilizing logical structures, partial memories, narratives and clues. A ripe candidate for this matching process that creates these hallucinations may be a form of Agnosia which is the loss of the ability to recognize objects by way of semiotics while there is no neurological damage present otherwise and one's memory is viable. The brains biochemistry and electrical field may be significantly altered in the presence of a plasma field and create a Gaussian filter in it's signal processing and revert to a close match retrieved from partial memory using the same environmental clues to create the simulations of images that are in effect, hallucinations.
However, if you have read this post I have not said that a unknown craft using plasma energy did not exist. What is possible is that these craft do exist, however exposure to the aforementioned environmental states may create the hallucination of a variety of humanoids by the aforementioned relationships and associations.Or it may be an unknown transient in the environment may be the trigger. I once asked someone more knowledgeable about metaphysical matters what the definition of "essence" was. He compared it to perfume. When a perfumer takes various material plants, compounds and liquids and distills them into a singularity that transitions into a medium that can transverse the atmosphere, invisible, viable , a non verbal distinction. The matter we were discussing was human essence, the spirit...
On another occasion I was reading a book about exobiology whose attribution has escaped me and one of the examples of a exotic form of life could only be detected by scent. Another was the dense analysis of the metaphor of the seed written by Rodney Collin in a small pamphlet in relation to this planet being a nursery that is a womb. In all of this is the subject of this post, the travails of essence in the material world.
In Sanskrit, one associates this with the Bindu Chakra. Again, words, terms, associations that become a script of the inexpressible whose actors remind me of the cinema of imagination.

Two of the many themes of these posts that are a subject of fascination to me are non verbal communication and metaphor. These themes are the instruments in an orchestra. Last night I made another ill fated attempt to digest more of Ibn Al Arabi's "The Disclosure of God"which is so ripe and densely packed, that I often have a premonition that my head is going to explode. I only made it as far as one sentence.
Imagination links the physical body and the soul.
I sat in the chair and placed the book down beside me. Being tired, I made my way to bed. Everyone else had long since done so.

A Strange Photography
I had a dream that was silent. Only images. The scenes in this film moved between parallel universes. Each universe had a unique set of characters and situations.What one set of characters did did effected the other in another universe. The "script" of this dream succinctly illustrated it was all one story in sum total. The themes of each set of characters together and individually are the instruments in an orchestra. The composition was arranged by imagination.To see what does not exist as it exists in another state, without sound, intermediary interpretation,the babbling of busybody language. Images from intuition The curse of language, the constrictions and writhing of structures, strictures and silent murder. A dream as a cage imagined through language as societal consensus.

A Price That Cannot Be Paid
I sit here typing as form of exorcism using language and as I do, I think on summaries, endings, alternate takes on my life. It occurred to me that if someone asked my what I had been in search of during this transient existence, I would have an answer. I was in search of something rare, something beautiful.
It had been women, art, literature, the Midwest prairies, a fleeting glance. Images of spirit that elude logic, rational considerations, language.
Kenneth Tynan in writing of the forgotten Louise Brooks, writes:
"Brooks reminds me of the scene in Citizen Kane where Everett Sloane, as Kane's aging business manager, recalls a girl in a white dress whom he saw in his youth when he was crossing over to Jersey on a ferry. They never met or spoke. "I only saw her for one second," he says, "and she didn't see me at all - but I'll bet a month hasn't gone by since that I haven't thought of that girl."
An exposure is made of shadows and light, the glimpse of a spirit, reflecting from everywhere and nowhere in particular, traced by the passage through one imagining alternate endings, a second take, a plot twist that has receded back into from whence it came, nameless, obscure and yet it calls your name, it pulls you backward as if you were an amnesiac secretly in search of a clue.

The Silent Cinema of A Imagined Life

All of it non verbal, all of it, a metaphor for the face we cannot see whose price cannot be paid. Louise Brooks is yet another example of the muse that required no long winded explanation, that is best experienced through expression that is frozen in images. A face of a spirit we cannot see. Her life was a metaphor for her greatest triumph and her own epitaph, filmed as a fiction that portrayed an unscripted spirit. She is arguably the best actress of any generation and lived a life that was an expression without editing. A metaphor worthy of contemplation in search of a logic that escapes us as Kenneth Tynan follows his imagination in and out of a field full of rust and light, envelopes of images, evidence without conclusion or a neat summary.

Through A Lens, Darkly
In this sense, yesterday I ordered a new copy of Carl Dreyer's masterpiece, "Joan of Arc, a silent film.
Over the decades Dreyer’s film was a victim of religious and political censors, two fires that destroyed valuable prints, unauthorized cuts, and zealous editors working against his wishes to modernize the film. An original, uncensored cut was found miraculously in a Norwegian hospital for the mentally ill.
Enter another image...of Antonin Artaud who sees the subject matter of this post very clearly.

If you look at the gentleman who ushers in Joan ( in the excerpt I posted below), that is the self same Artaud, the father of surrealism, who bent language, regarded as a visionary of madness and whose name and legacy has been buried, forgotten.. much like the history and acknowledgement of this film. To create a new language to express the human condition by expressing what cannot be seen, speaks for itself.
His final work was a radiophonic creation entitled "To Have Done With The Judgment Of God." It was written after several years' internment in psychiatric institutions which roughly corresponded to the duration of WWII. During his stay at the asylum, Artaud's behavior was characterized by delusions, auditory hallucinations, glossolalia and violent tantrums. He underwent a myriad of bizarre treatments for this behavior including coma-inducing insulin therapy and electroshock therapy. "Pour En Finir Avec le Judgement de Dieu" is a heretic's scatalogical tirade at the extreme of the linguistic lunatic fringe. It was perhaps Artaud's electronic revenge against his incarcerators.
It was commissioned in 1947 by Ferdinand Pouey, the director of dramatic and literary broadcasts for French Radio. The work defies description, and although it was actually recorded in the studios of the French Radio at the end of 1947 and scheduled to be broadcast at 10:45 PM on February 2, 1948, the broadcast was cancelled at the last minute by the director of French Radio, Vladimir Porche.
Citing Artaud's scatalogical, vicious and obscene anti-American and anti-Catholic pronouncements as something that the French radio audience could do without, he upheld this censorship in the face of widespread support from many culturally prominent figures including Jean Cocteau, Jean Louis Barrault, Rene Clair and Paul Eluard. Pouey actually quit his job in protest. Artaud died a little over a month later, profoundly disappointed over the rejection of the work. It was not broadcast over the airwaves until thirty years later.

The God of Men and the God who has no face was not to be aired in polite company.

In the actual text of "To Have Done With The Judgment Of God" America is denounced as a baby factory war-mongering machine. Bloody and apocalyptic death rituals are described. Shit is vividly exalted as evidence of life and mortality. Questions about consciousness and knowledge are pursued and answered with more unanswerable questions. It all dead-ends in a scene in which God itself turns up on an autopsy table as a dissected organ taken from the defective corpse of mankind. In the recording all this would have been interspersed with shrieks, screams, grunts, and an extensive vocabulary of nonsense words-- a glossolalia of word-like sounds invented by Artaud to give utterance to the dissociation of meaning from language.The madness of monarchies, of the cross where the victim is worshiped and life is snuffed as a cigarette under foot. then there is silence.

I was born into this miasma 61 years ago today, feeling fated, and out of boredom and restlessness, I decided to correlate my birth to an astrological profile, simply to test the veracity ( as best I could) of whatever description of my personality would arise. While organizing and writing the last several posts, I experienced a parallel series of ruminations that were reflected as a secondary theme in the subject of those posts, which began with listening to Jacques Vallee's exposition of the relationship between information and perception, which is that the whole of an infinite amount of realities, was akin to a self organizing data base.This theme played in the background of my thoughts that continued while writing more on the anomalies of neurology and psychiatry in relation to CE events..
This subject of the relationship between perception and information then superimposed itself on another subject I had written about ( again, as a secondary theme), although the connection didn't appear to me immediately, which is the relationship between energy and information as well as another theme, self organizing systems.Then I recalled this in my associations, the Colonel's haunting soliloquy from Orson Welles masterwork, "The Magnificent Ambersons" ..regarding the sun, death and life.
The Egyptian cross, the Ankh held by Atum, the sun-god of Heliopolis which was modified by the Christian movement, also came to mind, with the sun as it's centerpiece, which was later removed.. The Colonel in a dark room, his face illuminated by the flickering light of a fire akin to the heat of the sun, ruminates on his fate and his own mortality which is drawing to a close.The everyday practicalities of life fade into distant voices that have no place in his looming destination. Time itself became unwound.

This evening I was catching up to another talk by listening to Graham Hancock's theoretical narrative on 10, 500 BC and the rebooting of civilization which remarkably and uncannily follows G.I Gurdjieff's views "to a t". After listening I looked over at the sidebar at the list of other videos, and not being particularly drawn to the one I have posted below, the subject matter became very synchronized to the themes of information and energy once I began listening. The Master of Counter Intelligence..Long Ago and Far Away...

An Alternative Framework In Terms of Plausibility.

If anyone knew what occurred at Roswell it was James Jesus Angleton who was the creative mind , the intellect, the mastermind of CIA counter- intelligence operations , specifically involved in the planning and execution of many, many counter intelligence operations during the infamous Cold War in an era wherein the Soviet Union's potential nuclear parity in this conflict posed against the U.S was to be avoided at all costs. He could keep a secret, many secrets and he took a considerable amount into his grave without speaking about them. Have researchers of Roswell suffered a case of myopia but not conducting research into other scenarios or other equally plausible explanations for a hypothetical extraterrestrial craft. Taking it's ( the craft) existence as sacrosanct..is not this a fundamental error?
That James A was a master of this game was certified by the fact he served under no less than six CIA directors -- including Gen. Walter Bedell Smith, Allen W. Dulles and Richard Helms. To underscore how trusted he was within the CIA and to demonstrate how secretive his plans were, he actually led a compartmentalized spy operation within the CIA itself. Compartmentalization within compartmentalization.

Angleton was a devotee and master of the art of ambiguity based on his lifelong fascination with "Seven Types of Ambiguity" which was first published in 1930 by William Empson when it came to intelligence operations. Of course Roswell remains ambiguous, perhaps intentionally so, According to Empson, the first type of ambiguity is the metaphor, that is, when two things are said to be alike which have different properties such as an alien craft recovery occurred at Roswell and then saying shortly afterward it did not. It was a balloon. This concept is similar to that of metaphysical conceit. Two or more meanings are resolved into one leading to ambiguity. Empson characterizes this as using two different metaphors at once. Of course this can be used to backtrack intent as two or more meanings that do not agree but combine to make clear a complicated state of mind in the author. When the author discovers his idea in the act of writing. Empson describes a simile that lies halfway between two statements made by the author. When a statement says nothing and the readers are forced to invent a statement of their own, most likely in conflict with that of the author. Two words that within context are opposites that expose a fundamental division in the author's mind which could also be labelled a intent of deception....

In recent months, after ruminating on Nick Redfern's theory of what occurred sixty some odd years ago, in Roswell, New Mexico, I sensed that while he was headed in the right direction, his approach to the material, far outpaced the standard ET meme, which now, appears to this writer to frame both a intelligence operation of misdirection intentionally creating using misinformation against the Soviet threat of gaining the Atomic Bomb,and their expansionist strategy in Eastern Europe as well as intentionally, by necessity, misleading it's own citizens. Why has contradictory explanations been posed as a mechanism to keep the ball of Roswell up in the air? Does anyone really think the USAF is this inept? Now you see it and now you don't. Is this ineptitude or the creation of a red herring? Who gave the marching orders? Some low ranking general? One might consider the overall resounding success of Allied games of deceptions planted in the mind of the Axis allies, with simply the ruse of misinformation being disseminated The implied ace..It was more than likely a very fresh memory in the minds of those who faced the possible parity of the Soviet Union in terms of wielding the world's most powerful weapon. The master of ferreting out Soviet spies was James Jesus Angleton.The latter effect of intentional deception toward the citizens of a democracy, rather than the former, is a compelling reason that however pragmatic this game of deception may have seemed at the time as a trade off to misdirect the Soviets and thus draw out and expose Soviet intelligence operations in the United States...however this is an enormous caveat in it's design (which would logically occur to those in consideration of it's implementation), that if it were to be known to it's citizens, that essentially the announcement of a UFO crash in Roswell was a intentional lie, one could then game the effects of this game of deceit, that should this become known, it would create a permanent tear in the fabric of public trust, damage the foundational basis of democracy, and become counter productive in securing the support of it's citizens in relation to future propagandizing the interests of the U.S government in mobilizing it's citizens to support government policies against a looming Soviet threat.

All of this occurred in a climate of enormously tense and rapid deterioration between the former Allies of World War Two. However when the Uncertainty Principle is applied to such a scale and scope of deception, it seems, that in retrospect, by implementing this game, they created later, what they attempted to avoid, in the minds of their own citizens, which only continually underlines, in bold face, a highly skeptical orientation toward any general policy, as the assumption is, that all of this implies a veiled motive held behind a wall of propaganda, whether it is energy policy or the machinations behind the ideal of democracy itself.

Another compelling reason for secrecy, is that if it were to be found that the Roswell crash was a ruse to ferret out Soviet intelligence operations, this ploy could not be used again. One considers Ronald Reagan's use of The Strategic Defense Initiative as an expensive but similar ruse against the Soviets which ultimately proved successful in draining what remained in their coffers, ultimately leading to the collapse of the Soviet economy. A bluff building on a well proven and intentional strategy to pretend an ace was up the sleeve.

1947 was a pivotal year in relation to the dynamics that lowered an "iron curtain" over a substantial portion of Eastern Europe as well as the as the advent of a "Cold War",in particular, Joesph Stalin's failure to assure free elections in the Reich's former territories. Clay and the Joint Chief of Staff over growing communist influence in Germany, as well as of the failure of the rest of the European economy to recover without the German industrial base on which it previously had been dependent. Administration officials met with Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov and others to press for an economically self-sufficient Germany, including a detailed accounting of the industrial plants, goods and infrastructure already removed by the Soviets. After six weeks of negotiations, Molotov refused the demands and the talks were adjourned Marshall was particularly discouraged after personally meeting with Stalin, who expressed little interest in a solution to German economic problems. The United States concluded that while the Soviets were drawing a line in the sand, a solution for the territories under Allied control, whose infrastructure was essentially destroyed, could not wait any longer as a defensive issue of their uncertain long term stability. This was of particular concern in relation to Stalin's apparent strategy of increasing the Soviet's newly gained expansion of their territory.

On the morning of March 12, 1947, President Harry S. Truman appeared before Congress to ask for $400 million of aid to Greece and Turkey. Calling on congressional approval for the United States to "support free peoples who are resisting attempted subjugation by armed minorities or by outside pressures," or in short a policy of "containment," Truman articulated a presentation of the ideological struggle that became known as the "Truman Doctrine." Although based on a simplistic analysis of internal strife in Greece and Turkey, it became the single dominating influence over U.S. policy until at least the Vietnam War. The stage for a potential World War Three
was set.

The Roswell UFO Incident involves the recovery of "alien" technological materials near Roswell, New Mexico, USA, later in that same tumultuous year on July 8, 1947, an incident that, if collaborated by Soviet intelligence operating in the U.S, meant that not only had this increasingly potential enemy had already trumped the Soviet weapons arsenal with atomic weapons, but now there was yet another strong potentiality that the Americans had demonstrated earlier, that the development of yet, then a new secret weapon could be aimed at them across the growing skirmish in Eastern Europe, if such advanced technologies literally fell into the hands of American scientists.

If it was a bluff against Soviet aggression, then the X factor that the U.S had such a enormous increase in military capability, as yet unknown, this would, in effect make the development of the already lagging Soviet atomic weapons capability, a comparative ineffectual footnote, which would be the desired effect in this high stakes poker game. In February in that year, the infamous, then Congressman, Richard Nixon gave a speech before Congress attacking one Gerhart Eisler who had been revealed as a German communist spy in the U.S. since 1933 who was then being detained on Ellis Island for passport fraud but refusing to testify before HUAC. House agreed with Nixon and voted a contempt charge, but Gerhart escaped to East Germany as ship stowaway.

The first systematic Hollywood blacklist was instituted on November 25, 1947, the day after ten writers and directors were cited for contempt of Congress for refusing to give testimony to the House Committee on Un-American Activities. A group of studio executives, acting under the aegis of the Motion Picture Association of America, announced the firing of the artists—the so-called Hollywood Ten—in what has become known as the Waldorf Statement. The threat to national security by those who would refuse to tow the line, in terms of a paranoiac definition of a "red menace" inferred that this climate was well in place in advance of the hearings themselves. Into this environment were placed both the implied and literal threats made to the hapless citizens of Roswell which underlined their compliance.

Two years earlier, in 1945, the Soviet intelligence obtained rough "blueprints" of the first US atomic device, which may have contributed to the Soviet bomb project. The reported event at Roswell, if an intentional misdirection of attention whose purpose was to both draw out Soviet intelligence operatives as well as hang an imaginary bluff in the form of a Sword of Damocles over the adversary's heads, to make them reconsider their post-war expansionist strategy...then the withdrawal of the initial claim would only whet the Soviet appetite in suspecting that a cover up was quickly placed into effect, which further intrigued them. Behind The Scenes In The Ecology Of Energy

As a principle of experiential reality, our cognition and perception is bi-folded into exterior and interior orientations which is the world of non material thought and the material of "solids". We occupy a third state in these orientations, neither completely material as well as not being invisibly exclusively as an observer.
All of the above is energetic, all of the above is information.
This third state of our orientation is within a process of conversions. Solar energy to atmosphere, atmosphere to water, water to food, Food to energy, simulations to perception, perception to a simulating language, simulating language to semiotics, semiotics to behavior.
If we organize a list of species and for each make a list of what is food, not only do we see a reciprocating process, we see that the more complex the species, there is an increase in the various classifications of "foods" any given species consumes. We view our own species as the leading edge of consumption.
In this we occupy a transitory state, neither completely alive or completely dead, our cellular state requires constant renewal. None of this is controversial, all of this is observable.
The personality, individuated organization is a construct of cognition as a organizing architecture, a measuring device that has no independent existence. It is dependent on of all the aforementioned relationships originating from the sun in relation to our planetary environment. No" personalities" two are alike, while similarities can be seen through the organizing principles of our species in sum in societal "organisms".
Energy being information, could a species use this information as food if the species had an ecology based on our species, which incorporates the most complexity? Would this species "farm" information? Would this species process this information in relationship from farming as a methodology that creates ongoing distinction, differentiations in our field of information? We eat as we are eaten? Unlikely.

Stepping back..one could say we consume and produce energy as a result of our aforementioned state and stations, which exists in a band that has finite variegation, that is stored in the the body, which is released into a larger field when the host organism is released from these relationships when it ceases to function. It was the scientist Josiah Gibbs who said ( in defining biochemical chemical energy) that it contains an energy potential, which in recent years has been measured. Think of living batteries. Think of a living system where certain membranes as a species are created out of necessity to refine energy store it and then release it. The regulatory systems built into it's cycling are balanced. However could "something" be an extra-solar relationship that causes the demand of the field be increased thus requiring more to be released? Is warfare a programmed puppetry?
Could this be considered the production of reciprocal processes where food is a energy signature as a product? Have we been organized as a food source in a reciprocal process within a living system? Further, is war an effect of feeding, where the species is programmed to harvest itself? An advanced concept? Is the planet pulling strings behind our backs?

I had a dream which repeated itself over several nights. I was walking counter clockwise on a staircase into the earth, over and over again stepping downward in reverse of how we measure. Then it occurred to me, this dream could represent a process that was resisting against nature, like the work of a Devil, an illuminating metaphor that puts up a resistance front to the natural order, one in which we are entrapped. A gnostic equation brought to life, the realm of daemonic manipulation, the metaphor of a war in "heaven".

Further considerations come to mind, is there an extra solar trigger for this continuing harvest? The obsession with the movement of the planets, alignments, periodicity found in temples as well as their positioning throughout the world. Was there an impetus beyond observing these phenomenon beyond observation itself?

Has a form of knowledge been turned into mythology by the degeneration of transmission? Did this turn into the reasoning behind the psychopathic horror of ritualized human sacrifices, a degeneration of a lost concept? An ignorant attempt at forestalling this process of the planet harvesting energy?

If we take extraterrestrials out of the possible causes of atmospheric anomalies, what are we left with?

Energy takes many guises. It is what you are reading, radio waves, you, a boulder, etc. Energy is information. According to science, this is indisputable. Some time ago, I wrote to a friend, Rick Phillips regarding an anomalous event that my wife and I experienced that dumbfounded us. We were enjoying a conversation on our patio here in North Carolina. A balmy late afternoon summer retreat from the stifling heat and humidity of the day. From everywhere and nowhere it arrived. It was a sound unlike anything. As background to this account, this had occurred once before but my wife was absent. I had recounted this experience to her, and she thought it had a prosaic source although none came to mind. This sound was akin to a large dynamo winding up. Not a "whirring" sound..but a slow increase arising from a stomach churning low frequency that to a high pitch. Then it turned off as if someone had flipped a switch. It is an account that must be qualified by "you have to have been there at the time"
Rick sent me various samples of sounds. Is it like this one? or Does it sound like this? All to no avail despite our best efforts for a time. The episode had slipped from my mind since it was pragmatically filed under "unexplainable".
Something strange and unknown is occurring in the atmosphere.

Whether you consider the source to be UFO's, localized and transient energy anomalies like Dr Persinger suggests, the effects of yet to be categorized creatures, the mind's quantum entanglement, signs of a catastrophic event, unknown weather attributes, this event I experienced remains elusive in terms of pinning the tail on a stubborn donkey.

I tend toward Dr Persingers ruminations on natural causes that remain unknown of all of the above as the most probable explanation. To fog the situation more than it already is, I read an article that reminded me of George Hanson's work about the difficulty of determining an answer.In his book "The Trickster and The Paranormal", he provides a cogent explanation of :

Why parapsychology and UFOs are shunned by establishment science.
How anthropology and literary criticism apply to the paranormal.
Why psychic phenomena are associated with mystical practices.
Why tabloids often put paranormal features on their front pages.

This morning a recollection came out of "nowhere". The recollection involved the phenomenon of mystery hums that are persistent, measurable and largely remain unexplained. What I had experienced...Was there a connection to mystery hums?

Commonly known as “The Hum”, it is sometimes referred to in terms of where it is located, such as the Taos Hum, Bondi Hum or the Bristol Hum.
Not everybody can hear it, but the “hearers” remarkably describe the hum in the same way. It appears to resonate at the 56 Hz frequency range. It doesn’t have a natural sound and by most accounts, the hum is reminiscent of a diesel engine running in the distance.
The hearers claim that the sound intensifies if you’re indoors and the vibrations can be felt through the skin. To make matters worse, the continuous hum has caused the hearers to suffer from loss of sleep, dizziness, anxiety, irritability and in one circumstance, suicide.
Although the hum is difficult to capture on audio, some of these mysterious hums have been identified. The hum on the Big Island of Hawaii is caused by volcanic activity. The hum in Kokomo, Indiana was traced to a DaimlerChrysler cooling tower fan emitting a 36 Hz tone and a Haynes International airport air compressor intake emitting a 10 Hz tone. But the other handful of word wide hums remains a mystery.
In 1993, the hearers of Taos, New Mexico petitioned Congress to investigate this unusual and most famous of hums. Their strongest theory was that the hum was artificially created by a United States Navy communication systems using ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) to communicate with submarines. In 1997, Congress directed a number of scientists from various respectable research institutes to look into this matter. Efforts to locate the cause of the hum were met with negative results.

Of course then there is the tampering with the nature of atmospheric energy to create "anomalous" or "unnatural" effects in the twelve patents relevant to the HAARP project, as a propreitary technology in the name of the Raytheon corporation. Bernard J. Eastlund's U.S. Patent # 4,686,605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere; and/or Magnetosphere," was sealed for a year under a government Secrecy Order.

The Eastlund ionospheric heater was different; the radio frequency (RF) radiation was concentrated and focused to a point in the ionosphere. This difference throws an unprecedented amount of energy into the ionosphere. The Eastlund device would allow a concentration of one watt per cubic centimeter, compared to others only able to deliver about one millionth of one watt.Enough for a very significant effect.

Both atmospheric and more terrestrial cases of strange resonances are auditory, both suggest a source of atmospheric resonance, either as a source or a carrier, both are an expression of an unknown energy source and energy being information, I seemed to be searching in a book whose bindings had become undone, and the pages were scattered all around me.
Another perspective. This is the general equivalence of that all anomalies are "misperceptions."

Anomalies make for strange bedfellows. Rodney Collin came to mind and his book "Celestial Influence" as well as Dr Persinger's ruminations on extra solar sources of anomalies being a potential influence on the atmosphere, which in turn creates terrestrial anomalies.The conceptual foundations for Collins work on the exchange of energy are the Law of Three, arguably similar to the triad of Thesis, antithesis, synthesis of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, and the Law of Seven, the idea that the notes of the Western musical scale encode universal stages in essentially all developmental processes. Collin unites both of these schemata geometrically using the enneagram. Persinger uses traditional science. Do these two methodologies meet in the middle in a new conceptual basis of pantheism?

All of this resembles the UFO phenomenon, the intentional contamination of evidence by planting hoaxes from a variety of sources.
I have often summarized a spectrum of anomalies as "the changing relationship of the observer to the observed" to quote myself. In regard to this phenomenon, what has changed? Or, more accurately, what is changing? None of these explanations in the links I posted sufficed to answer what my wife and I had experienced. Are there certain attributes of our planet in relation to the system it exists within (as a reciprocal process) that are in flux? The definition of lunacy is being rigid in methodology and expecting different results. I do suspect very strongly that something strange is occurring in the atmosphere.That being said, it has been my experience, that this Roswell Game has been the greatest hindrance to the exploration of the causes of these anomalies and I also strongly suspect it is a misdirection of attention. That being said as the postulate for this series, my aim is to take the best ax I can find and smash this ridiculous obstacle into little pieces as best I can. The reader can judge for his or herself how useful this is to open up the weak foundations of "because the nebulous they said so" as the central critical assumption that is a straw dog.. The possibility that a exquisitely constructed hoax based on this premise is easy to plant and plan, based on only the utilization of self referential logic as the fulcrum of a free floating myth is more probable than the composite sum of the evidence if it is analyzed by logic rather than goofy belief systems.You might want to jump to the postscript.

The Evidence Cited is The Missing Evidence
Structures used in the structure of a spacecraft must take into account axial loading, strain, torsion, shearing, and buckling. What is the purpose of an I-Beam? Simply put the I -Beam was invented to ensure the rigidity of a engineered structure to avoid bending and shear loads in the plane of the web. On the other hand, the cross-section has a reduced capacity in the transverse direction, and is also inefficient in carrying torsion. Torsion is the action of twisting or the state of being twisted which is to be avoided to ensure the rigidity of a structure. The reported I-Beam allegedly recovered from an alien spacecraft was bendable. However once free of torsion, it would supposedly resume it's previous semi-rigid state. This is exactly what you do not want in a spacecraft. Once the torsion that occurs in flight occurs, the structural integrity is compromised, therefore the craft loses it's capability aerodynamically to fly. Did such a material exist and if so, is there any evidence beyond it's alleged existence, to support it's efficacy in the integrity of a spacecraft? The simple answer appears to be no. Ask any engineer to put a bendable metal as a support structure in a aircraft they will get a good chuckle out of your naivety.
If this is so, how did the misdirection of attention occur in the critical assumption that a bendable metal is advantageous to spacecraft and air craft design?
Because someone said it existed.
Lets discuss the reasoning behind the engraving of writing on a bendable I-Beam that is falsely or simply assumed to be a integral member to the structural integrity of a spacecraft. Is an bendable I-Beam a good location to place instructions or flight characteristics of the material if it is bendable? The critical assumption is that it was accessible to read. and was critical enough to engrave. Was this due to a recurring lapse of memory, a means to reconstruct the craft, flight instructions,? Well if it was engraved it was not graffiti. The assumption that it was engraved to be read by the flight crew must be taken into account.
Was this a necessity if they had the required navigational equipment, sensory monitoring, flight feedback and control modules? Was it a engineering post-it note?
Lets say this is unlikely. Then what could the writing on the beam represent? Anyone who works with structural shapes knows that at times depending on the purpose and the materials used, structural shapes can be found to be engraved. Usually this can include information such as the date of manufacture, its weight, its dimensions and it's place of manufacture.The reason for this is the chain of distribution. In other words, someone not directly involved in the manufacturing of the shape would not have to look hither and yon to determine if this was the correct material as it appears to be, etc. Many users can have different purposes for the same material. So is there an alien distribution chain that has many users of the same material for differing purpose that would require them to be able to verify these data points in a post manufacturing scenario.?
Here is where we make a distinction between purpose built materials and general materials and specialty materials. Spacecraft and aircraft use specialty materials. You cannot use off the shelf aluminum as an example that is used to side a house to skin a high velocity aircraft as it's structural and mechanical characteristics are not applicable. So what would take the place of an engraving on a structural member of a specialized, one use material?
Its called the specifications with a scope of work A document that specify' s all the material to be used, how it is used and where it is used. Think of it this way, what would it be like to make a duplicate of an aircraft if you had to dissemble the first one to determine what was used to build a second one? This is extremely unlikely .Recall that this alleged artifact that is cited as evidence while it is missing allegedly represents a craft that is centuries ahead of us in the technological design, execution, and materials. Take another look at that I_Beam at the top of this post and consider the illogic of a bendable structural support that encourages a failure due to torsion during flight, an unnecessary engraving, and a willingness to believe any old tale because someone said it was so. Nothing more than that.
Further consider the state of our own comparatively primitive technology in relation to a hypothetical one that is centuries advanced of our own. Composite matrix filaments, molecular engineering of materials, advanced thermoplastics etc Consider that these are some of the materials that are in the public domain and are proprietary and does not represent a full listing of advanced materials whose composition is withheld for security compartmentalization..Now consider a bendable hypothetical I-Beam with engraving of hieroglyphics on it. Seems appallingly primitive arising from an assumed technology so far beyond our capabilities we may as well fly paper airplanes.. A dream like icon worthy of being excavated from a Mayan temple, an archaic totem, a wishing well for free floating associations ad naseum. No endless cobbling of the hypothetical on the innuendo that comes from the imagination is required. This alleged artifact's writing may as well say "tie your shoes"or "drink ovaltine" The selling of a product packaged to a market of consumers that is meant to self perpetuate it's consumption. It could be Kool Aid.

Part Two
What of the writing itself? Is there a way to determine what if anything it said if it existed and was used in a hypothetical craft navigated by hypothetical extraterrestrials, in a hypothetical mission, that was hypothetically the victim of structural failure, that was hypothetically obtained, in a hypothetical coverup that justify's the creation of more circular logic that is a misdirection of attention? . Does this strike you as goofy rationale for "serious" game playing?

Hows that for a sentence? I have Thomas Wolfe beat by a mile.But that is the domino effect due to the causation of of self hypnotism, the willingness to suspend critical thinking in search of a mirage that is based solely on inference and innuendo.

Again in Part Two, we will examine this alleged example of "hieroglyphics" that were "hidden" in a hypothetical conspiracy to determine if this hypothetical artifact can be analyzed is as well as apply John Nash's Game Theory to this endless Roswell Game that is inadvertently as well as intentionally sucked the wind out of Ufology because it's point is simply self continuation.
Twistable metal has twisted some minds. The real phenomenon is deftly hidden by those who seek it by inane posturing.

This post was intended to be the first of a series on the Roswell Game in order to refute a state of enthrallment that has served as a barrier to applying other methodologies. The more I have thought about this situation, the more I think it is hopeless. I have come to the conclusion that going further down this path of refuting a hypnotic state is a waste of my time. Roswell had pulled me into it's gravitation field by the babble of 99 % of others and so I created this post and now I am pulling back into a more sober state. It eats time and energy with no return.

As some of you know, I hold several concurrent theories regarding the nature of the UFO phenomenon that are continually being studied. One is weighed against the other in search of patterns, inter-relationships and common denominators of effects leading back to causation, which in my experience with causation, it is more complex than any single bullet theory we can imagine. If you are in need of a difficult intellectual challenge that may significantly alter your perspective of reality in terms of cosmology, I highly recommend this book by William C Chittick which guides the reader through Ibn Al Arabi's terminology that describes an alternate conceptual model of the universe that is as dense, complex and as provocative as the concepts that appear to unite such divergent intellectual models of reality as exemplified by the writings of G.I Gurdjieff, David Bohm, R.A Wilson and Gregory Bateson.

It is a analytic question of cosmogenesis as well as that of phenomenology incorporated into a conceptual model from both a unique philosophic and scientific point of view that Ibn al-Arabi's cosmology encompasses, which also has fascinating implications in the study of the anomalous.

The Shaikh's hermeneutics of the cosmos relies as much on the observer as the observed.

This is, for me, the hallmark of a worthwhile book.

As a caveat to the would be reader of this book, be prepared for what I experienced, which is a continual struggle to maintain a focusing discernment, that is mixing the concept within that of a unified field of information versus my own prejudices that arose from a theological conditioning. Many times, I had to stop reading, take a pause and let certain concepts "sit"..to untangle myself from my own stereotypes.

I would compare the mastering of the conceptual framework of Arabi's principals to learning a new language In addition to a comparison with the theory of a unified information field, one could say this text reflects also, a unique philosophical geometry. Be prepared to stretch your muscles.

It is not a simplistic self help bromide or a balm for the inconsistencies we observe in reality. Far from it.
There is no way for me in the context of this post to reduce by summary, a preview of this material, again in the manner of Dr Vallee's "Theory of Everything" inasmuch one has to have the background in terminology to understand the gist of what is conveyed. If I attempted to give one example or segment of these concepts, I would be creating a mistranslation by failing to provide a complete context of the example.

Mr Chittick assists in this in a tour de force of translation and extrapolation. Be prepared ( using myself as an example) to struggle in the analysis of the many interdependent principles therein, and so this is not a book to read on a bus, if you catch my drift. You will be gaining insight into the mind of a 11th Century genius and metaphysician whose concepts are being explored by modern physics.

Can any sentient creature be considered omniscient? The simple answer is no.. as far as we can evaluate what we do not know. If we came upon a unknown planet or one whose systems remain a mystery such as our explorations of Mars have demonstrated, there would be a need for experimentation that is to say, a scientific procedure undertaken to make a discovery, test a hypothesis, or demonstrate a known fact.
We are continually experimenting with living systems to determine their nature and so the question is posed, are the experimenters being experimented upon? Is this another thread of the anthropomorphous in the study of UFO phenomenon? Consider the uncertainty of a alien observer versus an immediate aim arising from a certainty that has no basis. Do anomalous experiences arise from within or without? Is there a sentient external influence in such experiences, or is this a matter of neurobiology? This may be a false dichotomy that side steps specific inter-relationships much in the manner of Descartes.One could say deleterious material becomes the subject that is the object of false choices as competing theologies. The context biases results as well as the analysis of inter-related phenomenon. Carrier Waves and Biology
The eye translates the photons in visual information field into the simulation of images, and, the physical brain, in turn, processes this information as a representation akin to a projection screen. The majority of anomalous experiential events have, at their source, an unusually high level of visually perceptible luminosity. The luminosity that is present appears to be an effect of the atmosphere being charged by a localized energy field. If we take the theoretical framework of Dr Vallee that information is material whether it is visible or not, then we can envision information being carried from one information state in the field to another, as if one were watching a television program.
The human body has an energy field, ( biochemical) albeit a comparatively weak one in relation to the environment with specific characteristics that can be measured. To reduce this relationship to understandable language we have one energetic information field in interaction to another. What of wavelengths? Why has no one bothered to measure them? One has to consider the relationship of photonic emissions and the nature of photons present in our biology. Biophotonics is the study, research and applications of photons in their interactions within and on biological systems. Topics of research pertain more generally to basic questions of biophysics and related subjects - for example, the regulation of biological functions, cell growth and differentiation, connections to so-called delayed luminescence, and spectral emissions in supermolecular processes in living tissues, etc. There are many such relationships to the influence of relationships between external and internal photonic states yet to be identified but a speculative correlation does seem to be likely in the near future. For this writer, this fiber optic consideration as an analogy seems more likely than not likely.
The human system is an open system that has a set of translating systems to simulate the external and internal states of an information field, (one that it contains) and one can see a variety of gaps in it's processing, just as the photonic information received from the eyes is made to be continuous, whereas it is not.
In the brain we have energetic pre-synaptic nodes where information jumps such a gap all within the neural net. These gaps have been found to have the state wherein two states ( such as an example of yes versus no) can exist simultaneously. Can an external influence carried into the brain as information superimpose itself into these gaps wherein the neural net acts as a receiver that translates this information by way of the memory to create quasi material images? Ones that exist in one characteristic of the field and not in the other. In the cases where we have physical evidence in terms of information being superimposed materially no one has bothered to characterize these as PSI effects, which to this writer are obvious as a characterization of interrelated phenomenon. Another way to put this, is that they do not occur when an observer is absent.

Dreams could be said to be a simulation as thought forms based on the recombinant information we store, and so perhaps it is not surprising that these experiences mimic dream states. The translation process of information in this case is analogous to surrealistic art, wherein we are the artists who paint interpretations of information. Is this a case of misinterpretation lost in translation? Ibn Al Arabi from the 11th Century suggests that all visionary dialogs in theology occur in dreams and that angelic messengers as a medium are not sentient in of themselves but are "in the service" of the environment of dreams in a imagining process that occupies a unique state of simulation. Here he posits the imagination and imaging are interrelated and that imagination as a state of information is completely misunderstood. he also posits that information has an infinite variety of what he terms the interrelationships of state and station and that how it is manifested is always structured in a "nexus of manifestation" upon it's "contingent" environment.

If literally everything is information then everything is material behind the illusions of cognition and perception. If this is so, then time and space are computational delusions in a seemingly endless list of faulty critical assumptions. Could it be that perception that leads to cognition and categorizations from cognition are a contradictory ruse?
Is there a missing asymmetry to paranormal studies? Further, as a consequence, if we analyze anomalies with a false set of semiotic orientations to what we observe, then it may not be surprising it is inherent, that in nearly every inexplicable case, there is no asymmetric theory that withstands scrutiny by the measure we apply to them. Our biology supplies the signs and signifiers but does not express the fabric of what constitutes them. In the same vein, due to it;s intrinsic nature, information in of itself does not contain valuation, it arises from our biology. One could this the observer effect.If one thinks of a neutral information field from whence arises the erasure of the demarcations between self and non self or the details of paranormal events which are more likely than not, trans-personal in nature, one suspects the discoveries of quantum physics to be preliminary steps toward the discovery of this third state of information.

There is a secondary, parallel nexus of manifestations whether it is simulated in the mind as an image, or viewed in the atmosphere, or seen in allegedly in the localities in which "ghost" manifestations occur in the form of orbs, a intense luminosity that stands apart from the immediate environment.
Then there is the physical brain that informs the mind as the mind informs the brain in terms of environmental energy fields from 6.6 HZ in the induction of depression to 10HZ which represents a hypnotic state, as related in a Yale study, which, in turn, relates to the work of Dr Presinger in regard to the physiological aspect of exceptional events that indicate a relationship between a information field and unusually high energetic environmental anomalies. A sort of chicken or egg consideration.However, I suspect this is again, a fundamental error in critical analysis as this state only appears to exist in relationship, not as a cause or effect type of consideration.

In all of these cases, time or space as it is normally experienced is either absent or fundamentally contradicted by experiential evidence or by failures, alterations in the local energy field, wherein, electronic equipment fails, automobiles cease to function, radars are unreliable, cups fly off shelves, psychological alterations occur, in the comparatively intense luminosity that alters the states of cognition in terms of perception as well, as if a flashlight capable of outshining the environment becomes a reality in of itself, seemingly exhibiting qualities that over ride the normal states of the inner and outer environments.

What is perceptible and what is missing is dependent on the observer.The difference between a lobster and a cigarette is how we arrange information to apply labels and yet the two of them are identical in that they are both expressions of a information field. If they had no interrelationship in this as being information expressed in form, they would and could not exist.
In other words, the sum of a information field variegated by orientations exhibits similarities in particulars while not encompassing the sum, which appears to be incommensurable to specifics.Yet there is a asymmetry to them that is not directly observable, and if literally everything is of a whole cloth of information as a radiant field, one is also reminded of the Buddhist cosmology.

One of the chief themes of both the Egyptian and Tibetan Books of The Dead is that within the state of physical death, these distinctions that originated from our former state are no longer in existence. Experiential reality is reversed, the inside or state of the domain of the mind becomes the exterior environment. The old axiom that sleep is the little brother of death in the matter of dream states as they apply to our present state of orientation, may be more applicable than our present state allows us to recognize, in a meaningful manner, in terms of the division of these aforementioned relationships.

Consider episodes of missing time. Consider the subjectivity within the sense of velocity attached to the illusion of time. The more we pay attention to referents that compose time, the velocity increases.The more referents we store, as we "age" the velocity of time overall appears to increase. Even whilst our bridges burn, and it is a lovely view, I will give them due credit for the Maya in tow behind every sunrise and in the dearth of light in the winter solstice.I say this to myself, cupping my hands over the fire of dreams, looking over my shoulder for my lost companions to retrieve me from the dead of night in broad daylight.. They also may as well be ghosts as well, yes?

Unseen and yet a physicality in this pond of dreams steadily approached me as a host, a permanent inhabitant in this intermediary world, a spectral ghost of a strange biology familiar with the vagaries of dreams that are a tensioning between what is possible and what is to become the possible. Is the environment of dreams, a natural environment, a living system with an ecology wherein we serve as as the environment they dwell within as much as atmosphere, water, and cellular life make our existence possible? Does Charon breathe with every tear of a ligament, exhale with the opening of a wound?

I thought he was a bridge tender who happened to be posed or planted as a sentinel within an encrusted tower on what much later came to me upon reflection as an apt representation of the Chinvat Bridge. Perhaps his name was Charon, the prison guard as a clothier at the crossroads of physical virtual reality where blood and sinew are exchanged for tickets to be redeemed at the arcade that the Demiuge seem to operate as a planetary franchise.

A matter of debt and payment came to mind as he raised the bridge whose halves separated to block the passage of pedestrians and their vehicles. The tolls of this life as a living wage to pay for a passage across this bridge , a matter of balances, a fulcrum that lifts or lowers it's gates between the living and what passes for the dead.The defragmentation of boundary layers that recycles the systems memory.I fell this pull of the compactor, and yet fully enjoy my little sandwich at the edge of a cliff.

As the drawbridge rose, intermittently,those who were forced to pause ..they each in turn, craned their heads upward at his perch with impatience, with a irritated glare, or wistful resignation. The bronze green waters slowly coursed beneath them.
An ordinary and unremarkable draw bridge in the cacophony of a crowded city suddenly became a passage lit in twilight between a homeless crowd with all of their errands to vouchsafe their purposefulness, and a purpose that both enfolded and eluded them, a end without a beginning or was it a footfall of an eternal return? Ask Melville, Poe Wolfe or Philiip K Dick.The hunted and the haunted are the ghosts of the question they posed to themselves, abiding as the wry commentators on the cultures universal mind written as much as a script, or is it a blog? Take your ticket and wait for the bridge to swallow what you think your assumptions may be pointing to. As a great Sheik once said, none of this has any business nor currency as you enter through the exit door.

My spectral host looked upon them like a watchman, unconcerned with their homesickness that might be mistaken for a death wish, and then, without turning from gazing upon them, he motioned to a dial that was to my left and simply ordered me in a nonchalant manner to twist it. The living returned to death and the dead returned to the living or was it the other way around? I suppose that was a matter of perspective for all those who passed hurriedly across it. The twilight of dreams that are the no man's land, a demilitarized zone , a illusion of territoriality we inhabit without questioning it's fluidity, that is to say the dreams of life as dreams within a dream, as Poe would surmise, a extended pantomime. Then there are some who dance on the edge of a razor as illustrated below, never fully here not fully there..the living ghosts of a sort of stillbirth between worlds, such are the inhabitants of Earth, the eaters of water, the play of animate clay, the stuff of the soil, homeless in their habitation..I see right through them as I see through myself as such a ghost.

At that moment a strange thought occurred to me as I watched the brackish water roll pass beneath this outpost, with a paper sun glinting on it, shimmering the ripples in the current of this dream..there is renewal in death and every journey has a destination in mind, like a butterfly effect, a cyclic pattern of rain falling to be returned to the clouds to be carried to the far ends of a realm that one can sense is at one's jugular vein, just beyond one's grasp to become a genetic memory as a remembrance of a death amidst life as well as a renewal of form, a form that has little to do with our errands such as they are. Death brushed past me as a recollection that was silent and perhaps this dream was it's voice. It began with blood in the urine and was thought to be an infection that was in this reality, a loaded term in our time, a fairly large cancer of the bladder..which is being treated and may or may not return to claim this vehicle which was always poised as it remains, between life and death, whether it is my own and those whom I encounter in this strange position we occupy for a brief time, looking over our shoulders this winter.

A Mutational Universe
Is there a connection through the space time manifold wherein transient energy reversals are occurring as a transactional exchange between the mind and the energetic material nature of the environment as a reordering of process? Are physical laws inviolate in their balancing of several relationships?
Are there rare occurrences where this balance requires adjustment, or as a transient reversal of process?
Does every rule have an exception, or qualifier in it's predisposition wherein the environmental mutations , as comparatively rare as they are, reach beyond any physical species or event? Some are liminal, some are observable, but in a environment ripe for mutation, are we too narrow in determining where mutations occur? The human narrative is rife with the mutation of energy in a variety of forms following the patterns discerned from nature, and so the question occurs that nature itself is more than capable of mutations of the living machinery of relations as a rearrangement of relations than make our crude imitations pale in comparison and the fact that we are not sent a notification of them as to makes us aware of them, is an open door as wide as the universe itself. Nature itself and ourselves as only a small infinitely miniscule portion of it's sum are the nexus of all mysteries we could possibly consider and as Charles Fort would say, “When we come upon assurances that a mystery has been solved, we go on investigating.”

In the dim past that was largely pre-scientific and agrarian the global reports of Dragons coursing through the sky are now superimposed on the scientific technology of alternate humanoids propelling themselves through the atmosphere without a seemingly discernible purpose, whereas if they are a naturalist's nightmare in terms of caricaturisation, they may have as much impetus as a dragonfly to intermingle with a human population. Between dragonfly's and Dragons, there is no compelling reason for them to send an ambassador to the White House..the thought of this is absurd, and yet some wait for a metamorphosis in our terms that is unlikely to occur..as if we would wake up one morning and discuss philosophy with our cat.

Our own nature and that of the paranormal cannot be separated within the natural world and the relationship between them is a narrative wherein the artifice of the synthetic has perhaps blinded us to the source of all invention, which again, is Nature.

For further consideration, there are innumerable studies that have been conducted that fall under the term "psycho-epidemiology" that strongly yet inconclusively suggest that space weather in relation to our planetary systems as a weather matrix has a potentially profound effect on biological organisms, that in human terms has a great deal to do with solar system periodicity in terms of the relationship between human somatic energy fields ( DC potential) and geomagnetic activity. We are not immune from being tampered with.

Could the human causes of tampering, in turn, with the planetary fields in created an enormous synthetic field in relation to the other aforementioned influences have had weighted changes in unique characteristics that perhaps be called a mutational effect of adjustment or reactive in nature on these various relationships in the environment that impact not only perception but the nature of what is perceived?

Can the energy exchanges in the atmosphere as "energy reversals" with a symmetric plasma-like effect, be characterized as literally alien or are they simply alien to our knowledge in terms of these relationships? Are we mistaking a natural but unknown phenomenon that is atmospheric, like a cloud is atmospheric with "anti-gravity" and "propulsion systems" simply due to the fact they appear symmetric"? Or more accurately, synthetic? Is there a bias at play?

Are we observing the evolution of a lifeform that is unfamiliar to us, that defies characterization, so we simply characterize it in our own terminology although none of these conform to what we know about living systems and their relationships? Further., it is what we do not know that characterizes the phenomenon outside of it's apparent naivety in relation to us. Is this a case of atmospheric Cryptozoology?

I think the odds are that it is once we remove our own skeletons from the closet where they lurk to take us off on wild goose chases in terms of our own demons.

Ask yourself a question. Does a Raven descend from the sky to describe and provide us with an explanation of itself? Is this the fulcrum that is the bootstrap that we take under consideration when delineating between a species for which we have no precedent in our knowledge as a probability, versus that of humanoid extraterrestrials that are nonsensical in behavior, form and presumed dialog? Should this Raven descend to land on a terrestrial branch as a transience, this Firebird, Dragon, or whatever we chose as a name is more likely to be a creature than a machine.

All of our caricaturisation of organized material forms infers that not only the terms are what they describe, these terms also infer stasis, whereas one could say all of the universe is a continual mutation, it's forms and systems are all in continually mutating. From dust to a complex living system upon a planet. From leaching salts to crystals, from static energy to the brilliant bursts of lightning. Nothing is ever the same way twice in the universe for very long if our measuring stick includes geological time, beyond that of a lifetime.
What impact might mutation of process have upon the relationship between the observer and the observed? Are we to say they never occur as a natural extension of differentiation of their category?

Do we see UFOs in a abandoned home or Sasquatch in the atmosphere, or poltergeists in the ocean? Are all of the categories we can subdivide our Fortean phenomenon by, actually a unknown force of nature, one that mutates by it's nature whereas it's forms are created by their geophysical context?

Energy Patterns and Periodicity

Is there a pattern to the relationships between the immaterial nature of energy and it's manifestation in material forms that can undergo an transient energy reversal?

The Extra-Solar Effects On Periodicity

Is there a pattern to an outside energetic influence that causes transient effects in regard to Fortean phenomenon? In the next few posts this will be a subject for further examination. Call it the naturalism of the paranormal, moving further away from the fog of mythologies, ancient and pervasive in the present tense. Is this a question of self referential parameters of intelligence by bias projection versus the realities of influenced behavior? Do we write as we are being written as a portion of planetary genome, whose ecology is hidden with the transient exceptions of it's superimposition's we a portion of?

What defines intelligence in the human species that we use as a yardstick to define the same in other species? Are we defining human intelligence by way of non human species as a comparative basis for analysis, wherein we are only one of millions of species whose contingent existence in entirely unique relationships, beyond our own with the living systems of Earth, that may have entirely unique forms of intelligence , such as Ravens, or Cetaceans?

The Naturalist Mr Watson observed that "The fullest development of individual recognition by voice occurs in seabirds which nest in large noisy colonies. Nobody who has ever seen a tern return to a dense colony and descend through a forest of sharp upraised bills to land next to the only bird in thousands who won’t try to peck its eyes out, can doubt that individual recognition has high survival value. What is surprising perhaps (until one remembers sea fogs and mist) is that, in the indescribable cacophony of a colony, this recognition should depend on sound rather than sight. Do we know enough about our own nature to make a objective comparison? The answer according to science is a resounding "no", yet these comparisons continue, as our knowledge increases by leaps and bounds.
A planet is the aggregate sum of a local living system and yet it is not commonly associated with intelligence as if every specific were strangely compartmentalized, separated, to stand alone when nothing could be further from the truth. And so, as a contrariety to common associations of the mind, we ask if a planet exhibits intelligence, as each planet may be a unique species that bear some relationship to one another than expands the term, "zoology."

The Signal Strength of A Holography

Just as the sum total of the holographic nature of individual human minds at the outer circumference of differentiation are perhaps fractals that are intrinsically connected in a field as suggested by the Global Concioussness Project ( which appears to confirm Dr Presinger's theories of a more global psyche, suggested by Noosphere theories, as well as Jung's theories on the topic... I ask a damnable question, which is, Can this living system of a planet be rated for it's potential intelligence and further, if this is so, can it communicate with others, or can it communicate using ourselves as a proverbial nervous system analogous to a mind that utilities the field strength of the physical brain ( in this case, the geomagnetic field) as it relates to it's properties that are without any doubt embedded in one another?
Associative cross talk akin to our relations through the holography of minds to create dreams in the very energetic atmosphere, whose energy conversions are prone to space weather?

A Degeneration of Conceptual Realities?
Theories abound on this topic, beginning with Rodney Collin's masterwork, "The Celestial Influence", going further back into extra-planetary influences being a study that degenerated in transmission to become Astrology. Individual "fortune ( emphasis on fortune) telling". Just as the book of psychology of human variegation became Tarot cards. There is more than enough evidence to conclude that astronomy was a adjunct to the study of these influences which again de-evolved into simply the rotation of " cue balls in space" as a timing mechanism. War and various forms of natural and self inflicted human pestilence were the culprits that I suspect were the distorting signal noise that led to the post editorial reconstruction of these concepts as superstitions akin to their use as "magical" playing cards.

Influence Unawares.

The Earth is rife with gravitational anomalies as well as ourselves like fish swimming in various field strengths at differing wave lengths. Due to animal perception, we are completely unaware of their influence whether it is the limbic system, the limbic-precortal interface, infrasound, well..I could fill a book with the relations we dwell in that we are absolutely not immune to.
Collins suggested that tensioning of environmental field strengths in relation to their biological effects on the psyche ( on a simpler level, think of the effects of barometric pressure or temperature in relation to humidity on behavior) in periods of low geomagnetic activity allows for extra planetary influences to herd human behavior to higher probabilities of war breaking out, or certain other behaviors that he charted ( As did Presinger with the distribution of anomalies to geophysical events) ..to achieve a table of periodicity.

Self Stereotypes Versus Realities

There is also more than enough evidence that our species behavior is more often than not, a chaotic affair with contradictory behaviors, cross purposes, self aggrandizing mythologies, etc. Could it be that as we ourselves have defined ourselves by way of a shared denial that absolutely blocks the door to any suggestion of inference that we are not as a whole, or individually autonomous? Does the Fortean events of transient energy reversals in the space time manifold suggest that our perceptions of ourselves in relation to what we perceive as defined by ourselves as a form of denial, are as empty as a unwritten page? Is this why we place so much stock in the direct perceptions that are foiled by our own self defined parameters as being autonomous in a objective sense, while we are deeply under the influence?

The Transmutation of A Hidden Ecology
The resonance of energy through space is a language reserved as a carrier wave as energy itself in the most basic terms is life itself, even in what we consider to be a resounding silence that is pervasive created by our animal perceptions.
What we consider to be lesser creatures can sense the shifting of the Earth's tectonic plates, or penetrate the black of night with vision, or create tonal sonograms that paint pictures, and what of the whole living system on this planet that we are the animate "clay" so intrinsic to it's nature, and what of it's yet to be discovered nature that is only hinted at in recent research? Can we dream within the larger organism and hence have such dreams added to the intelligence of a creature much more expansive than we could ever imagine ourselves to be? Further, is this a one way street or are we so psychologically shielded that only our defenses remain as the purpose of the proposition discounts autonomy to the point of a ghost's logic?

The Isolation Factor of Structural Personality Versus Ambiguity.

In quiet moments I often reflect on the game theory of God or God ( s) whether we consider them requiring us or we, requiring them. Perhaps there is a mutual need to create a role that whether it is that of a slave or that of one who has been presented the prospect of infinity as a beneficence, perhaps it matters not, whether we bias project a burning bush or a gnome like extraterrestrial, in that this is a post it note on a void outside of a faith gambled on this or that as a hunch, or that we find ample evidence for on either side of the coin. The reason that I mention this, is that I sense we are crib blind to these projections as we live with them since birth onto death and hence they fulfill our need to to be in play, to have a role outside of our own devices. Yet this role faces us with ambiguity and ambivalence if you stand atop Everest, or watch a sunrise over the horizon line. The lack of a predetermined role or omniscience seems to indicate a fear of a void appearing to substantiation as when the sun descends, we live with the shadow that will evaporate. Our shadows form an armor perhaps that we experience through the anomalies of perception whether it is a ghost, an extraterrestrial, a Sasquatch or a poltergeist..all of which are the images that we carry that define our fears unspoken. A nightmare for some... fit for a Pinocchio that has no Fairy Godmother. The strings are cut..the puppet falls. This instinctual drive to grasp or devalue our survival as defined as we define ourselves, is the drive that is at the heart of those who walk the back corridors of paranormal study. Which is the shadow and which is the object of the subject? The survival instinct is perhaps the ontology that seeks a structure, a hand hold on our shared luggage, whose results are painted and tainted by the tension between critical assumptions, uncertainty and an instinct that has no vocabulary in it's emotional resonance..a drive that is imprinted, a part of us we cannot be divorced from, that the transience of the paranormal briefly shines a light on a dark possibility we are programmed to ignore by a variety of structures..perhaps they are also a portion of our software.

Beyond Self Investiture
All of the evidence at hand suggests we cannot remove one strand and not have this system re-organizing itself behind our backs , mutating to maintain a equilibrium of exchange, and so where do we begin and the planet ends or the other way around if we keep our self allusions to autonomy at bay.
For some, this is a frightening possibility, and yet for other individuals to suggest otherwise is simply a social script. Are Fortean events a dialog wherein we have no capability to listen coherently?
As for listening....does this dialog present a resonance , an admixture of symbiosis where we are hoisted by our own critical assumptions as to what constitutes the energy of intelligence as an reciprocal exchange?
Perhaps we are permanently lodged in a provincialism that only allows a set number of self images as variants to appear as a toroid spiraling of perception versus an ability to listen without preemptive valuations, hoisted by our own petards, we think that aliens might be afoot when we may be the aliens or for that matter, the ground we walk upon is alive in ways that defy our considerations. Perhaps never the twain will meet except by the transience of the anomalous.

An Intermission With Dr Jacques Vallee In Borges Library

An Examination of The Library of Babel

As Dr Vallee concluded his presentation, my mind began to interject Borge's Library Of Babel upon the subject of a missing physics of information. Here is a synopsis of the plot of this book as I have posted below this paragraph. Again I recalled my own thoughts on the relationship of fiction to non fiction wherein one reflects the other through the mind of the reader. Also the potential meaningful coincidence between an author of metaphysical fictions and a scientist.

"Borges's narrator describes how his universe consists of an enormous expanse of interlocking hexagonal rooms, each of which contains the bare necessities for human survival—and four walls of bookshelves. Though the order and content of the books is random and apparently completely meaningless, the inhabitants believe that the books contain every possible ordering of just a few basic characters (letters, spaces and punctuation marks). Though the majority of the books in this universe are pure gibberish, the library also must contain, somewhere, every coherent book ever written, or that might ever be written, and every possible permutation or slightly erroneous version of every one of those books. The narrator notes that the library must contain all useful information, including predictions of the future, biographies of any person, and translations of every book in all languages. Conversely, for many of the texts some language could be devised that would make it readable with any of a vast number of different contents.

Despite — indeed, because of — this glut of information, all books are totally useless to the reader, leaving the librarians in a state of suicidal despair. This leads some librarians to superstitions and cult-like behaviour, such as the "Purifiers", who arbitrarily destroy books they deem nonsense as they scour through the library seeking the "Crimson Hexagon" and its illustrated, magical books. Another is the belief that since all books exist in the library, somewhere one of the books must be a perfect index of the library's contents; some even believe that a messianic figure known as the "Man of the Book" has read it, and they travel through the library seeking him."

In the last post I had the temerity to suggest that we are not sentient in any meaningful or objective sense. Perhaps we could insert the qualifier of , "as of yet". We are in the midst of the subjectivity of space-time, the subjectivity of self referential systems and the force of imagination or imaging based on referents that are divorced from any coherence other than what we perceive, and I used the example of the observer effect in quantum mechanics as an example, wherein, at it's root, the observer is merely programming a result. Whether that result is "true" or "false" seems to be beside the point.

This vast library has physical and non physical aspects, so again I am thinking there is a third state of these affairs as I have suggested several times, wherein the physicality and the non physicality of "matter" become a transient singularity. What is termed synchronicity I had termed a "tumbler effect" as I was suspicious that several parallel configurations of this information of physics intermittently open the safe of potentiality to coincide to produce a manifestation, which was further delineated by a "trigger effect".

All this before reading Dr Presingers book on "Space Time Transients" which I highly recommend to you. This trigger effect may be in the energy of our environment which acts as a weather system to produce favorable conditions as a predisposition for these transients to occur. More food for further consideration. Then there is the imagination, that recombinant nexus of true and false, which I suspect is the energy that may drive our past and present orientations. Then there is the Library of Babel and probability.
All of this much stranger than the run of the mill speculations on the subject little green men who fly mechanical ships prone to breakage, who cannot manage any consistency, which brings us back to the subject at hand, the probabilities of the predisposition of the observer in a third state of orientation where truth and falsehoods are irrelevant .

We Are Conscious Because We Say So

The matrix of an inner world and the matrix of our environment, each has it's operand laws. Another world, or third state of affairs perhaps exists, in which the synthesis of of these bi-folded realities, each with their constituent laws, are in a state of non differentiation. This possibility harkens to the word "magic" and seemingly impossible human feats, consigned in our common reality to sleights of hand and wishful thinking. Yet, as Arthur C Clark observed any concept in advance of our common knowledge appears to be magical. And, of course, one could reasonably say that our state is one of imaging simulations and processing, making the results a sort of magical language that has are simply referents that we have misfiled as a singular reality. At the same time, on a deeper level, this "magical thinking" has replaced the acknowledgement that language and reality are a mismatch. Its as simple and as complex as that.
We mistakenly think we are domesticating phenomenon by the simple act of making phenomenon and form an intelligible language of descriptors. The message is in the medium of conceptual models that arise from the lack of this astonishingly simple discernment.

Perhaps since we image, then simulate reality in order to process it into organizational matrices, and then mistake the matrices for reality, when this is superimposed on the paranormal, not surprising, another compounded mismatch occurs. One could reasonably say that we are the architects of assumptions taken to extremes and thus, we seek evidence based on their ruling governance, and then either affirm or deny their existence or non existence upon this compounded mismatch, we have yet another third layer of compounded and exponential babble.

We can apply this to our behaviors toward the prosaic as well as the paranormal in so many examples, it would take a encyclopedia to list them as a dictionary of general ignorance. A culture and society of automatons.
Many refer to the study of the paranormal as well as the high strangeness of various phenomenon as fringe, whereas I think it the crux of this situation, as these phenomenon provide us with systemic and not surprisingly random "shocks" as if we were dreaming of riding a bicycle and momentarily awoke to find ourselves on a lifeboat perched on a desert dune.

Also, not surprisingly, in reaction to this transient and jarring episode, we then begin to defensively use our process of domestication to assimilate them into "magical terms."

On the quantum level, there is no such organizing methodology, as much like a mirror, it reflects input as a locus of organization and uses the observer as a math, a measuring input to provide an output, a result, and not surprisingly once again, as a consequence we derive a self referential result.

What does this inform us of? Is the base math of imaging-simulation-processing-organisation-language in need of rebooting, and if so, where would we begin? It appears that at the root of phenomenon, there is a non conceptual barrier to human endeavors penetrating this proverbial force field. It is as if we were at the gate, turned back on our own resources, and irregardless of the stupidity or enlightened message we input, the answer in output is always "correct".

Earth as A Subject of Exobiology

Our planet has a unique ecology inasmuch as it could be said no two planets are alike. How living systems originate and become organized in relation to their environments on disparate planets is the aim of exobiology. The more samples that are obtained in as many planets as possible, as well as monitoring their states over time is the Holy Grail of our own science, in order to more fully understand the riddles of life itself.

Part One of Mass and Energy : Is Imagination A Palatable Physics Of Information?

If we consider imagination as a transient force with properties we do not fully understand in relation to unknown atmospheric phenomenon, is this force, a manifold between the mind, the physical properties of mass, and the organization of energy?

For us all of reality is a bio neurological simulation that is representative of imaging in various forms from pain to vision to taste to.. ..the list is endless.This crucial system of coordinating internally and externally a balance of maintainability through imaging, perhaps could be termed as it's root, imagination.

From this context of application, one could say we imagine reality.

Our means of language as a experiential imaging through various media to describe the aforementioned is not the object or form itself. The holographic principle is a mathematical principle that the total information contained in a volume of space corresponds to an equal amount of information contained on the boundary of that space.The relationship between individual minds and all minds as a boundary or circumference, could be said to be holographic in this sense.

The holography of neurological simulations in individual minds perhaps creates what could be termed three dimensional simulations. All of this reflects a imaging process, or if you will, imagination, which is a term that is more often than not is associated and misused in the ontology of existents and non existents as "figments" of same, but in the context of this subject, this is not a inference to simply fantasies.

If I had to summarize the study of the paranormal in all of it's manifest anomalies, it requires receptivity and questioning in accord with one another. Balancing the manifest of strange phenomenon while recognizing the probationary nature of appearances requires an arms length transactional analysis that is never predicated upon a zero sum game. All of this in a pre-scientific framework that is largely intuitive. Assumptions create evidence.

One could state reasonably that atmospheric anomalies among other categories of a paranormal nature can be placed in to the context of the relationship of mass to energy and it's reversal in transient events that tend to cluster.

A parallel process is in relationship between the physical brain of mass and the energy of it's simulations as a conversion that is a two way street. The physical brain informs the simulation and the simulation informs the mass of the brain.

Perhaps this is analogous to the relationship of the mass of our living planet to it's energetic atmosphere. This relationship is perhaps viewed wrongly in terms of causal precedents such as "the physical brain created the mind" or "the mind created the brain." The Chicken or Egg analogy as a binary descriptor fails as one is dependent of the other. They are embedded in one another. They only exist in relationship.

While Dr Vallee has suggested a physics of information wherein data points become observable in the context of the relationship between mass and energy as manifested in whatever sensory or non sensory category, is present, in the manifestation of organizational relationships in living systems as to be intelligible, rather than random, whether they are material to our perceptions or not...however... perhaps there is a missing wild card in our stack of recombinant possibilities.

The crux of matter is that unknown atmospheric phenomenon remains unintelligible to the point where it's behaviorism is naive to categorization. One characteristic it does have is the reality of imagination is that it gives body or form to that which not a body or form. It perceives only in this manner.

It is a sensation that is non manifest and bound between the intelligible and the sensory. One could say imagination is the energy of an embodiment that signifies what is beyond them as it brings intelligible meanings into a sensory molds in terms of what their ruling property is.

Wave Patterns As Opposed to Chaos..An Open Letter to Jacques Vallee and Robert Bigelow

This is a phenomenon that persistently defies any preexisting categorization
of what it's behavior represents, in terms of evidence. The obvious answer may be that this is so, because it is so. It is a truly unknown observable characterization of natural laws that are uniquely arranged. Perhaps this phenomenon has more than one layer. Is this phenomenon one that manifests through layers by congruity?

Can already existing active experimental and monitoring activities in terms of their results be gathered coordinated by a team of technically trained personnel, acting as a clearing house that serves as an adjunct study to these pre-existing programs? NASA Geomagnetic monitoring, The Princeton Global Consciousness Program, The National Weather Service and the National UFO Reporting Center could provide data for comparative analysis to study the trending of the phenomenon. All of these data collection systems already exist.
It is a matter of coordinating them into a specific focus, and aim, to determine if the "physics of information" plays a role in unknown atmospheric phenomenon.

Each of these represents a live data stream not a study after the fact, a live study of several parameters that can be cross referenced as they occur, unlike Bluebook which was simply one retrospective statistical metric. The linkage in perceived images that reflect their cultural origin as a consensus that progresses over time that are reflected by the phenomenon as composites.

Not surprisingly, all of our non hard wired communications systems utilize the atmosphere as a medium of transmission to originate and receive various organized forms of energy as images. However the atmospheric energy field cannot reflect these images beyond being a carrier for them.

Or can it's energetic and molecular structure be organized to both absorb and reflect the organized semiotic structure inherent in the holography of the human field as composite images? Could we call this a variant of Noosphere Theory having a composite cellular "intelligence"( read organization) of coherence dependent on the predisposition of the state of the geomagnetic field?

Can molecules in their transition from waves be structured by the observers predisposition in a fluid medium? Sound familiar? Is the energetic and molecular atmosphere a medium of human expression? Further is there any evidence of this organizational global coherence of individuated minds as a hologram that produces representations that are holographic? Is there a match of structuring? The holography of minds matched by the holography of the phenomenon?

Is there a recipe for the manifestation of unidentified atmospheric phenomenon that only on the surface appears random? If this has any truth to be associated with it, an interesting comparison could be made by elimination. Think of all the chaff there is in relation to one strand of wheat. Historically we can look at the record of misfired speculation lacking any repeatable measuring parameters.
It would take a good sized building to house the library of books that comprise a record of general ignorance. An interesting proposition. Is there any way to test this concept?

Going back to Dr Presinger and his emphasis on non conceptual states of the defined by not having an external object of attention which he termed dream states, looking at the graph of coherence in number generators in relation to the non structural nature of accidents, catastrophes that are shared in the external environment, could there be a correlation between the disassociation of our socially predictive structures in such events and what could be called the equivalence of a "waking dream"? A shared deconstructive state of the global holography of minds that creates an opening for expression in the energetic atmosphere?

This now comparatively randomized state of perceived chaos..could this result as an increase in the signal strength of the human energy field?I
Again if any of this is true, I ask?

Is there a correlation between an increase in probability of unidentified atmospheric phenomenon and predispositions as precursors which leads to a means of prediction in advance or coinciding with their appearance. Could we measure this phenomenon by graphing parallel trending?

1. A spike in human signal strength in relation to global unrest in the holography of human minds evidenced by a corresponding spike in the coherence of random number generators?
2. A geomagnetic environment low in disturbances.
3. The periodicity of reports in relation to 1 and 2
4. The locations of 3 in relation to localized atmospheric conditions.

Is there a predictive pattern? Or alternatively, should we wait for Gork from Planet X to explain his motives? What does common sense tell you? This is not a phenomenon that can do an end run around physical and natural laws, however the discernment that is critical, is that we do not fully understand them at present whatever science you will chose, there are gaping holes in our knowledge of them. Is this phenomenon any different? Of course not.

Robert Bigelow..if your interest in unraveling the "mystery" of this phenomenon remains as a sincere desire, this is a path to boot strapping the study of it. Even if the study had a finite one year term, I think it is reasonable to suggest there will be interesting results. The results ( if they affirm unknown connections between various natural laws), will have profound effect beyond the understanding the nature of the phenomenon itself.

I have recently compared the apparently random distribution of anomalous events in what I term "The Third World" that are distributed as the centripetal equivalent of a weather system, using the analogy of living systems being both global and local in terms of being embedded in one another.

Depending on your location in relation to another location there are both similarities and variability as to the probability of results in terms of a predisposition toward anomalies, whether it is the density factor of global psychic disturbances in the human population as a energetic field as suggested by Princeton's measurement of same via number generation systems.

Looking further into this on another level, I rediscovered Dr Michael Persinger's books on the essentially the same subject area which in a broader frame are covered in a book he co-authored entitled "Space-Time Transients and Unusual Events"
His main area of interest include the biological effects of global geomagnetic activity in relation to the epidemiology of transient and unusual events ( space time transients ) .
Anyone who has read this blog rather than searching for images to use, knows that if this blog has any theme to it, this theme is the surface tension between the incommensurable and the measurable when it comes to anomalies within the spectrum of our experience.
Whether it is shared or individuated in either the inner membrane of the mind or the outer environment of perception or as a composite reality that has similarities to one or the other and yet rearranges their laws as we experience this "third world" which does not obey the boundaries of behavior of these aforementioned pseudo membranes.

When I have written about the" field of information", I suspect most considered this to be a poetic metaphor when it is not. My interest in this human field effect of information has a great deal to do with the "density effect" of coherence in this field which seems to arrive when we are disturbed by a perceived dissonance in our environment and our individual fields are entrained in both focus and attention and of course attention is a form of energy.

One could call this a "trigger effect" that in turn creates an effect of allowing waves of anomalies to occur seemingly randomly, or at least this is one area of interest. These tears in the stability of perception ,again, seem to be distributed by natural laws, albeit unknown laws..

In the last post whose subject was the Gordian Knot of fantasy language applied to the paranormal and specifically to the unidentified areal anomalies, I suggested that such language paves over the holes in our knowledge with mythology based on inference and suggestion that is entropic in relation to providing reasonable analysis of them. There was a central theme in this paper as it appeared to me that perhaps while not directly expressed in this review of various aspects of the phenomenon which is the central message of this phenomenon was it's modality. I suppose in some sense, unless our minds are in a deeply meditative state, the processing of associations that we identify with are continually scanned in relation to what postulation we are focusing on by directing energy to it. Every so often, a long forgotten episode is plucked from this scanning as the reception of a signal by memory that is labeled important.

No extraterrestrials, no angels or demons will suffice a description of a fluid phenomenon of relationships. The missing geometry of this phenomenon is apparent without any deep assessment required by the apparently chaotic nature of it's dynamism and yet like the weather, in the post editorial view of a future history, there may be a complex relationship yet to be determined that will appear prosaic to future generations who make opportunistically take advantage of this enigma beyond superimposing self inflicted wounds that are simply representations of bias projections and anthropomorphism.

This requires, again without much deep introspection required, a reinvention of our basic terms that informs social scripting is mandatory in the study of what was once termed ufology, a pre-scientifc miasma of myhologies

Picking at locks, inadvertently being oppositional in resistance against consensus myths, layered like a pack of unintended lies. One reaches a point of transcendent skepticism toward any positivist whether they are encountered externally or internally while manipulating a lock pick in the keyhole, being careful not not talk of such things too loudly in front of the locals.

Each aspect of each number represented an unknown relationship to one another and yet, the suspicion remains that each aspect such as the environmental planetary nature of living systems, the nature of consciousness as well as it's relation to the former, as well as the nature of this symbiosis of inner and outer worlds has a third component linking them together in a third aspect which is rearranged or follows natural laws that we are not privy to directly, yet perhaps these laws of a third world, under the surface of animal perception, rise to the surface when certain predispositions of the environment in relation to the mind coincide.

I have already written about where the psuedo-perceptions or spheres of inner and outer surfaces of perceptual membranes that separate the ontology of sentience that owe more to animal biology and their constituent relationships than they do to any reality.

Each facet of each set of this mechanism of a tumbler lock obeys unknown naturally laws, that in reality only appear to be random as the precursors to a resulting progression toward coherence and this combinatorial dynamic must occur as a predisposition to any such event occurring.

You cannot pick just any random number and expect the safe to pop open, or at least from our perspective, it is extremely unlikely or as they say, highly improbable. The living system of weather is very similar in this. The game is afoot in relationships between the subsystems of a ecology very much analogous to, once again, predispositions or orientations in these relationships that effect which way the boulder rolls.

In this case what leads to a strange perception of unknown phenomenon in the sky, when it falls to the left rather than to the right that may require a combination of predispositions on several levels in order for them to surface momentarily. One considers what we know as predictive predispositions and what we do not as an extension of the uncertainty principle, and this relationship is never a perfect mechanism for a science of the universe as a clockwork, harkening back to earlier models in physics, and so the accuracy of any prediction is probability, just as probability falls into play with unknown aerial phenomenon.

One might say the mathematical models used to predict the behavior of weather are analogous to what is required to pick the lock on the sealed origins of this phenomenon.

The Storage, Transmission and Processing In A Human Equilibrium
From a certain point of view, all communication is an energy exchange. Anyone can easily recognize that energy like water, generally is several states at once depending on the particulars on your location as a metaphor, it can be a solid, a gas or a liquid just as energy is stored as in planets processed by transceivers like plants or irradiated like the sun.

One could say sentience is similar, again universals versus particulars, yet both are within one another. It is stored in memory, it is processed by the brain mind, and irradiated through activities, all at once and observed again by particulars. Someone talks, walks, remains quiet, shouts..all of this is we know to be an expression of the distribution of energy on a certain tier of organization.

A multi-leveled exchange that may have a further range in being embedded beyond it's immediate environment comparable to rain. One that may have an influence what one observes in an indirect yet compelling manner.

Perhaps one that obeys no manipulation, much like the weather, nor has a single origin. Perhaps smoking guns, multiple sources abound in the complex sphere of unknown aerial phenomenon rather than a single silver bullet.

Deconstructive Wave Patterns
Drilling down deeper, below the surface, the intermediary of personality as a measuring device that digests experience, suddenly vanishes as a phenomenology. What we term Bobby by referents could be Billy and Sue could be Joan. One thinks of a metaphysical singularity of an Adam ( atom?) as a physics of energy that in essence despite our fear of defining ourselves by our individuality, actually we are a singularity called a species, universal with particulars, a force just as analogous to wind driven by pressure differentials.

Nothing more nothing less as a tier in a energy exchange that also has one unique attribute that is the carrier wave eluded to previously, the emotional expression organized as an expression by semiotics that exhibits waves, or if you will tidal forces in a behavioral parabola that, by way of externals, rather than being self directed at all..call it random only to be organized by the range of an events effect on the aggregate sum that in of themselves are a butterfly effect, at times has a greater density of coherency than others, a sort of viral self organizing entrainment, like an intelligible pitch that "sees the world the same way" and that way can be deconstructive to the conceptual organization of energy as it is transceived, processed if you will by concepts which are a form of organized energy..this deconstruction of conceptual thought which is our dictionary of experience may be analogous to an accident. Though rare comparatively "accident" as both a term that defines an event as random, or for that matter, having a single causation, may be an example of naivete at play.

The difficulty in this as one who researches this phenomenon is that a proposition may be both true and "untrue" at once. Take the example of a scripted play which is the intentional creation of a fantasy. All authors know the trick of making what is "untrue" to be a reflective transcription of what is true, as a play and the actors within it must cooperate in this dynamic to produce it. Yet, as a phenomenon, a play has a truth that is a transcription of yet another layer of reality, that has both it's own truth that is diametrically opposed to other experiential observations in other contexts, yet exists only by the thread of relationship, but exist it does as an intermediary form of self organized communication. Determinism may be a process of contingent relationships that do not obey any direct causality and are fluid in nature and perhaps they are observable in relationship by the phenomenon of unknown aerial anomalies.

To look for the answer by positivism as any physics student will tell you negates the theoretical nature of a postulate. In other words, it would be if to say, the complexities in the relationship of the modern era, as pioneered by Godel could be found at 307 North Avenue, Roswell or Jung. Reductionism as a self administered boundary layer that is a form of predictive conditioning that is irrelevant to the nature of nature, and yet speaks volumes of self referential dead ends.

The Illusions and Mythologies of Observation
This is also reflective of what GI Gurjieff called the intention of self observation which is simply perception as a potentially parallel processing of the environment which does not occur naturally. What this means is akin to watching a movie and at the same time observing your internal reaction to it as a comparative basis to experience phenomenon,

Attention is directed in two directions at once which are reconciled by an awareness that most reactions are involuntary, conditioned. No one is in the drivers seat and certainly that dynamic is present in witness observations either post editorially or at the moment they occur. when confronted with a drastic rearrangement of experiential reality. Suggestion is rooted in this as well as the stimulus of one phenomenon to the other in a relationship analogous to a semi hypnotic state which is an arbitration factor in the human being. One drives the other without a process of any self directed or intentional analysis inserted between them as a basis of comparisons as to one's state in relation to the environment by the observer.

Perhaps parallel processing is the missing X in quantum processing in relation to the observer effect. A missing distinction. The observer in this sense is non existent. Buried realities of the observer who may be impelled to believe any old tale as they identify with what they see. Ouspensky observed that "Identification is a very difficult thing to describe, because no definitions are possible. Such as we are we are never free from identifying. If we believe that we do not identify with something, we are identified with the idea that we are not identified."
Cognition as a tricky business.

The Allusions of Accidents
If we watch any news media, we see that the distribution of accidents, much like aerial unknowns do not appear everywhere at once and are comparatively, a small portion of an equilibrium of experience, and each accident is caused by several events that must coincide in relation to one another to produce it. This can not be, by any stretch, be termed an intention, or aim and yet the bias projection we have by identifying with the simple rather than complex, leads us in a similar manner to say the appearance of unknown atmospheric phenomenon is intentional and that it has an aim, a will.

From this point of view there is certainly, a level of fantasy that exists but the cartoonish gremlins we encounter may have a prosaic yet exotic explanation that banishes superstition with verifiable meaning or valuation. As a matter of taste some prefer gremlins, but again, taste has nothing to do with this phenomenon.

The Lunacy of the Term Subconscious
Unfortunately there is no written language for this and the language we do have is misleading, like the subconscious or unconscious as a player that is reflected in the recombinant naivete inherent in the phenomenon. What this trying to say is that sentience can be non conceptual, it is not unaware as our language falsely implies.

There is conditioned consciousness and non conditioned consciousness. All of this is aptly explored in the childhood development of the brain mind. To say that the subconscious which is, in reality, non conditioned sentience is in a state comparable to a rung in a lesser hierarchy is absurd as well as the implication it cannot be accessed. This may state the case in a backward causality. Terrible events or common fears deconstruct the conditioned aggregate sum of human consciousness when viewed as a singularity of consciousness. Perhaps we can term this an unknown quantum effect that opens the door to a third world wherein it is blocked or isolated in it's resting state or equilibrium, if you will, by conditioning.

Mutations, Markers and The Physics of Information.
The density of decoherence processes may sublimate the conditioned conceptual relationships into a form of chaotic disassociation that can reorganize matters intermittently and indirectly. Think of parallel historical events that are deconstructive to certainty as reflected in conditioned concepts that are arbiters in an active sense of reorientation that may be reconciled by mutations in relationships between the three aforementioned worlds or pseudo spheres. The last global war, atomic bomb, the Holocaust,the cold war and threat of atomic catastrophe, the poisoning of the physical environment, etc. The parallel mutation of unknown aerial phenomenon that in turn, reflects a recombination of "markers" as suggested by Dr Vallee who also suspects "a physics of information" is at play. It may be only as cognitive or responsive as the observer is.

Dr Vallee has suggested moving these markers to determine a response in order to analyze the dynamics of a proverbial information field that is energetic.The propagation of aerial anomalies by the density of decoherence or anti structural mutations in an "physics of information" may be a wave form that is parabolic rather than in a steady state, and so what appears to be random is a matter of determining causation that may be indirect to perception.

This Tumbler Effect is one of many energetic and living constituent numbers in a complex set of relationships that constitutes what I suspect is a range of "perfect storms", or waves of unknown phenomenon that align with other numbers in a combinatorial set that opens the safe to Pandora's Box, a third world that resides atop our own. Call it a trickle down effect for expediency's sake. Another number is our living environment in the lock picking of this safe, is perhaps due.

Assimilations
One of the striking facets of this phenomenon is what I used to term the "parasitic" borrowing or assimilation of human images that are naive in content to our own orientation while being relevant in their context. Meaning that the denoting of craft as an association to the atmosphere is relevant and yet it's purposeless purpose seems astonishingly naive. Some have gone so far as to suggest a Jungian role of archetypes that superimposes a recombinant dream logic to this purposeful "purposeless" however I have yet to enter a dream wherein I find physical and measurable effects of it on the material environment have occurred simultaneously.

This suggests that the phenomenon is linked concurrently or embedded in both the material and immaterial natures of the outer physical world and the inner world or pseudo-sphere of consciousness as a equal process of an entangled nature. As I have written before in "The Third World" this suggests to me that the symbiosis of both of these spheres arises from a third state as I had described it, that is translated from our own imprint. The passage of this state appears to be mimicking, or providing a parody of human behavior, while I also suspect this is a sort of misrepresentation due to bias projection of non human sentience attaching aim and purpose to a phenomenon that is cellular in it's intelligence. The appearance of ascribed sentience to a non sentient phenomenon. It's modality appears to be an automatism of convergences.

I think another clue is the inverse relationship of the phenomenon's behavior is the bottom up approach in which it manifests. In other words, if studied in depth it has no coherent organizational approach in relation to a task in sentient terms inasmuch as it approaches susceptible individuals rather than demonstrating a more global coherence, as any study will affirm it has no consistent form in of itself, it has no consistent "occupants" but what it does demonstrate over and over again is a butterfly effect arising from the predisposition of the observer that individuates the perception of how this phenomenon or event is organized. In being both non sentient in of itself as well as being a convergence of these "weather systems" rather than a predictive set of behaviorism, it is chaotic and individualized by perception alone, and so it is seldom outside of viral patterns that have a relatively short shelf life, that these visual memes appear to have a determined form. They come and go in strictly a cultural context that in of itself establishes a cellular rather than sentient portrayal of the observers context that has been conditioned in the observer in a universal societal pattern that gains particulars by the individuation of variations the observer brings to the table.

Self Referential Contexts
As quoted from Max Planck at the beginning of this exercise; "...we ourselves are part of nature and therefore part of the mystery that we are trying to solve." which implies to me that this phenomenon cannot be subjected to any measurement we can apply on our own terms without the deeper study of the relationship of physical effects that are measurable, whereas studying ufology by ufology is a cross contaminated exercise in what the father of cybernetics, Gregory Bateson described as self referential, meaning this phenomenon has no context outside of itself when studied in this manner.

The more it is the more lunatic it appears to the scientific community as well as being a "flying saucer club" that can range from cults to contactees, to intentional manipulation by non scientific "experts" in creating scenarios simply based on inference that arises from paranoia, bias projection or simply propagandist purposes. Contaminated in a viral manner by both the intelligence communities and the self referential bias that weighs the evidence by anticipation and intent, the phenomenon becomes more of a product than a subject of sober study. Add to this the entertainment factor and as one friend described this scenario to me, we could have survived shooting ourselves in the foot once but not thrice over as a matter of pretending we know what we are actually have not yet begun to understand in any meaningful or coherent manner.

The issue at it's heart is a common unwillingness to accept what Jacques Vallee noted is that one single arbitration, or discernment is avoided at all costs which is this phenomenon is incommensurable to any known context within the scope of our knowledge. The compounded error in critical thinking has been to fit the phenomenon in theoretical contexts that are abstractions of known markers whether it is the presumption of non human extraterrestrials or Jungian dreams, when it is transcendent of any categorical causation we can muster from our conceptual models based upon either our inner or outer environments. It is perhaps neither and both simultaneously.

Our language our terms, our orientation requires reinvention, otherwise. we remain prone to our own foundational naivete, in all of it's formulations and ill fitting conceptual models.

The challenge is to reboot what ufology is rather than fit square pegs into round holes. Pigeon holes may be a intermediary comfort, but comfort in this dynamic is beside the point.

Part Two: The Third World

In Part One, I shared some thoughts on;
1. How uncertainty creates social scripts that bury a situation with false narratives where a lack of information in relation to apparent chaos exists.
2. That perception alone is unreliable when formulating conceptual models.
3. That neither the inner world of personality nor the outer world of the environment have any viable construct in of themselves to determine the nature of experiential reality.
4. That the inner world and outer world are each hermetic, and have no basis other than being self referential.
5. That a third world may exist beyond the divisional realms of inner and outer experiential reality.
6. That the inference being that the observer is far from objective in any meaningful sense.

The inference is that the human brain\mind is far from autonomous. In fact I suspect that statement is in of itself, an under statement. Experiential reality appears to be a process between an inner and outer world that feeds a third world and vice-versa in a oblique manner to our animal senses. I have termed both the inner and outer orientation of the observer as "pseudo-spheres" that are an incomplete conceptual model of nature as well as our misconception of
our orientation in space time.

Over time, many writers on the paranormal have discovered that the nature of the observer has an equal footing with what is observed. Some call this sociology. Others, psychology, etc. It is a strategy that in relation to determine the nature of anomalies, the link between the observer and the observed is a two sided stick. One side is centripetal, prone to social scripting, unpredictable and chaotic. The other side is on the ground, that is to say, would a UFO appear if there were no observer?

I have written here and elsewhere of the concept of a hive, very similar to that of Borge's Library, as a conceptual model for this relationship between the brain \ mind and the third world. The gathering of data from both worlds, inner and outer is the equivalence of the process of a hive that our senses occasionally glimpse in anomalies. This is far from an original idea. It originated in Babylon, and was a portion of a codex on the nature of "nectar" to describe various relationships that appear to be complex.

Simply put, it is difficult for us to imagine a process that was only created once, yet has no "controls" other than the geometry of it's relationships we call "the laws of nature." It appears to be a living system of self organization that has many, many levels or tiers of "memory", not in the human sense..

This third world communicates to our world in our terms, as to do otherwise, would be as if water could run uphill. Apply this to the 'UFO" situation. It has no sentience grounded in either an inner or outer orientation. Rather, it is a symbiosis of both that demonstrates naivete that is a clue to it's nature. It communicates in a truly "alien " language that appears to be a parody of our own "reality." Consequently, our efforts to define this phenomenon as either representative of our inner terms or outer terms of each respective world fail miserably. Read any book on this subject and you find either a social script as defined above, or "science fictions". This is a new found land that requires a new orientation of all of our logics.

The distribution of what we term these "anomalies" appear to follow a conceptual model of a weather system, driven by a butterfly effect.

Reductionism and Incoherency.
One of the chief features of the psychology of the phenomenon represented by unknown atmospheric anomalies is reductionism. The phenomenon is a mirror for viewing the social scripts that make stabs at the origin of these anomalies that are variously identified as extraterrestrial, demonic, visionary, covert intelligence operations and so forth. A enormous amount of energy and cataloging of various observations have taken place in a context of proximity of the observer to the phenomenon. The presumption being that perception alone is capable of discerning the nature behind the nature of a highly strange phenomenon is quaint. However, perception is never a point A to point B narrative, and the defining of cellular versus sentient intelligence in the observer is an open ended question.

When taken as viewed in a sum total, these perceptual narratives are incoherent, dazzling in their differentiation, and this chaos within this catalog has led to a second tier of reductionism in relation to bias projection. Namely, that this phenomenon represents a humanoid like sentience intent on staging deceptions in order to covertly pursue a unidentifiable aim. Behaviorism of what easily may be a complex environmental equation becomes domesticated in the anthropomorphic terms we have applied to it although when studied in depth, as a crop of single bullet theories, lead to a common dead end of incoherency. Take the emotional modality out of these layered reductionism that precede their communication as common myths, and they deflate flatter than a pancake in a bubble of one dimensional naivete.

Can A Definitive Causation Become Complex By An Observers Biology?

A ball placed at the crest of a hill might roll into any of several valleys depending on slight differences in initial position. In a quantized sensibility, one could say any predisposition plays a role in observable effects, psychologically or otherwise in living systems. Perhaps this is an example of a connective thread to direct perception that we formulate in conceptual thought that has a bias in effect in how systems of logical modeling are organized just as they are predisposed in nature. In other words, our biology may have an inverse influence on perception that what is a comparatively simple pattern of connectivity that becomes abstracted into complexities that become misperceptions. The brain mind as a locus of measurement has it's issues as a filter in of itself that may be more than capable of making a complex narrative in a experiential realm from simple elements due to it's manner of processing information.

What we are interested in and have moved beyond is the selective compression of an enormous amount of environmental , reactive scripts caused by the application of societal veneers to the uncertainty as to the true cause of what we fear, which is the lack of an explanation to a profound global anomaly. Fortunately, the sky is not falling despite the calm hysteria of reductionism and what are in essence, a play of cultural rumors. Is there a way out of this self referential entangling of observers, social scripts, compression, viral diffusion and reductionism? We come back as always to ourselves and the human condition as a matter of behavioral arbitration that is scripted in may ways despite our extraordinary claims of objectivity that require extraordinary proofs. Social scripting over rides the cross purposes of logic having definitive shortcomings beyond being unable to self correct human behaviorism.

What is Chaos Theory? Rather than rewrite what has been written as a matter of the conservation of my own energy, here is a link that aptly describes this theory as an introduction of a potential measuring methodology as applied to this phenomenon. The issue I find in this field regarding any discussion of this phenomenon is the lack of taking the time to study the applicability of any theory that appears on the surface to be difficult in lieu of the reductionism of junk food, or the inadvertent dumbing down of the topic by mass media as a source of inflectional virus that creates unfounded opinions. Addictions To Experiential Scripts: Inner and Outer

All of this and that are perhaps representational examples of unintended contacts with the outer world from the inner world versus intentional contact in a metaphysical sense. What is an internal script in relation to an outer script?
Again, the profound layering of the universal and the particulars in the nexus of intention, versus inattention, suggestion versus effort which leads back to my interest in Gurdjieff and the architecture of what defines sentience versus cellular intelligence. From a report of one of the New York meetings held toward the end of his life, Gurdjieff redefines what is meant by another layer of what intentional contact between the local and non local as being one requiring effort, which I think is appropriate in terms of adding another dimension to the nexus of a largely passive approach to mythologies of the self, versus the mythologies of social scripting.

But thorns, thorns in outer world were good, because then were roses, roses in inner world. Is law, for one dissatisfaction always a satisfaction. Say: «I wish result of this my suffering be my own, for being». Forсe such as this have special results - makes chemicals, has special emanations. This saying can maybe take force from animal and give to being. And you can do this for many things for any denial of something that is a slavery.

The illiteracy of the citizenry as opposed to their having an opinion is the nexus of social politics which have cross contaminated the field of sober minded ruminations on this topic. Dare I say, this is an example of a territorial imperative inherent in tribal groups that Gurdjieff observed that where it matters most to us as a group or individually , nothing has fundamentally changed in this regard.

Centripetal Diffusion, Atmospheric Anomalies and Somatic Perception

In the next posts I hope to share with you, the relationship of the environmental context of atmospheric unknowns with the developing systems to predict the centripetal diffusion of weather systems. In other words, I suspect a correlation in analogy between the apparent random chaos of weather systems, periodicity and the phenomenon of "flaps" are differentiated equivalences in distribution that are intersected not by extraterrestrials, demons or visions, but rather by a confluence of forces that are phased or if you, will, are cyclical in nature, and that must co join in contingent "perfect storms" that while rare, do exist and bear an enormous impact on human biological systems in terms of perceptual hallucinations that may have an intrinsic although differing reality.

The critical path in making a mess of studying this phenomenon is the ignoring and denials that human psychology projects on the immediate environment while some are some passive and some are infectious, it seems a binary divisional weakness in this study or any consideration of an unknown, that nature has a transcendent human face and that we are invulnerable and not intersected by it, although we accept that cancer comes from without while not being directly observable in it's transit, we refuse to accept that perceptual anomalies can be transited in a similar manner by global conditions that are also localized, like weather systems. The other consideration is that the intellectual mind alone based on logic alone will always fail to reach a critical understnding of this phenomenon just as in the Chinese Room Experiment.

One of my interests in the paranormal is how language is often the modality of compressing the random nature of experiential reality into a social media that ranges in the spectrum of science, mythology, theology, fiction and philosophy as a repetition of patterns that are foundational to human behaviorism, that as the saying goes, once these memes of consensus become social scripts that we are indoctrinated into, they are difficult to deconstruct, and only a handful attempt to do so, which led me to the work of Gregory Bateson. The tribalism that permeates the prosaic as well as the paranormal is an interesting subject inasmuch as little word-smithing has been conducted toward the deconstruction of the milieu we are caught within like so many fish that catch themselves by throwing themselves at nets, or if you will the edicts of social networks of contingent consensus.Yet there is an illusive coherence that drives curiosity when one considers, as Charles Fort once had, that there is a strange symmetry to both the blessed and the damned. It is a strange mind indeed that mixes the anarchy of the random with the quest for coherence, and yet this may be the leading edge of a purposeful life beyond the terms of a pragmatic utility, like making an ashtray or an automobile. I often think of Ouspensky's view of Noah whose vessel was not physical or material in any sense, but a bulwark against the flood of nonsense that constituted a form of death also noted by Jung, in his "Sermons To The Dead." Death may not be exclusively physical, but rather when we succumb to abdicating our response to understand what we represent in relation to the environment as a coherent best guess that is subject to self skepticism and self verification. It was Bertrand Russell who made the pithy observation that

In search of a symmetry to flotsam, we return to the founder of the Fortean philosophy, never more cogent that in our own times that press the issue in the face of any human being with a modicum of curiosity.

As the masthead of the blog suggests, I think that in this life reality is not likely, or for that matter, definable and yet the attempt to do so, is to wave a stick at personal and public demons that my nature rebels against, in a balancing act fraught with a variety of lunacies, which I also include myself within as a actor upon a very strange stage. As I have said many times, the para-normality of consensus reality is the fulcrum of anomalies. I have often termed this the domestication of randomness, as if the terms we use are a factory farm, assuring us through the inferences of language we actually know what we are talking about. One of the threads that is woven into my ruminations on the spectrum of experiential para-normality is the marriage of quantum mechanics with neuroscience, the interactivity in the role of the observer with the observed in relation to analytic difference detecting, syllogistic reasoning in relation to the co-evolution of the mind and brain, whereas the brain creates the mind and the mind creates the brain by the cooperative and bi-folded nature of asking questions, by being curious, by the act of paying repeated attention, by making inquiry, by learning and sharing information. The basket weaving of the human hive seemingly requires a grounding cable in the brain, powered by the non local. Between them are a variety of dreams all in a periodic table of attention densities.
All of which are eaten as they eat.

The material of energy within a spectrum of states reminds one of Dr David Bohm's observation that this material we ruminate upon, whether it is an ice cream cone or this post “consists of frozen light.”
On the road to a strange Damascus, there was a tear in this contingent storage of an omniscient radiance which some refer to as a veiled, some refer to as naive, some refer to as a purposeless game. Our solipsism of language is a "mapquest" that enfolds itself by markers that in of themselves perhaps boundary markers, territorial imperatives that are the architecture of nouns that are simply the essence of innovating upon the page that remains stubbornly blank. Another interest of this blog that has been a subject of posts, is the potential role of the reconciling neutrino in relation to ghost phenomenon in relation to the plenum of memory.
